As a Protestant I'll say that there is no such thing as "best", we both adore the same God, have faith in the same Messiahs, do charity and good works to show others how wonderful it is to be saved.

It bothers me that Catholics think Protestants will go to hell because "they don't do good works" (which is a lie, their entire argument is based on a lie) just like it bothers me that some Protestants will say that Catholics will go to hell for adoring paintings and traditions.

Both sides have something to learn from each other to be honest. Catholics need to learn that they can't get to heaven from works alone or from the blessing of some random priest from the catholic church. You need to have faith in Jesus and that ALONE will save you, everything else is just a topping on the cake. I see at least in my church many protestants that have that lazy "I will contribute by giving money to the church and letting them handle everything else" method of doing the good works. It is true, the church redirects that money to people that are working at the frontlines, but is that enough? Can't you do more than that? More than just giving your 10%? I am not sure what is the situation of the Catholics regarding this, but I've met a lot of Catholics that literally don't even give their 10% so I don't think they are that much better.

Either way if someone says "That person will go to hell" don't listen to them, someone who read the Bible would know we are not allowed to judge. Why listen to someone that didn't even read the book?

a) You can die without having the chance to do so
b) Jesus can return before you have to die
