I'm in Iowa.
Every city in Iowa has had niggers injected into it by state programs in Michigan and Illinois to relocate their worthless lifetime welfare/dependent niggers.
Illinois does all the paperwork for them, pays their moving expenses, and guarantees them state benefits until Iowa's welfare system picks them up.
I think Michigan's program is similar.
They are all long term dependents of the state that cannot or will not hold a job for any significant period of time or have 5 kids and will never do anything that pays over minimum wage.
And in some cases, they're career criminals and gang bangers.
Chicago/Illinois has literally been depositing a worthless criminal element in my state for almost 20 years.
It does little to alleviate their overall situations, but it does make ours worse.
