To be honest m8o people have known this for a long time; psychologists and biologists have been taught in all (decent) universities for decades that intelligence is at least partly, perhaps mostly, hereditary. He was awful at most academics, didn't understand much of logic and mathematics.
If he were to be given a modern IQ test he would score average or lower.
