Just out of curiosity, how many Twin Peaks fans are also fans of Lynch's movies? Are there a lot of TP fans that don't like Lynch movies?

my plan

where do i watch it in belgium

A lot of TP fans I know have never seen any of his films outside of Fire Walk with Me (which they didn't like). I'd guess that if you like/watch his films, then you've also seen Twin Peaks, but not necessarily the reverse.

BeTV or Telenet Play

At your apartment in Molenbeek with the rest of your 100% Belgian friends

I haven't really watched his newer stuff but it seems like it would turn me off. I'm a pleb though.

any way to watch it for free preferably with subs when it premieres?

I think most people who get into Twin Peaks now get into it because they're interested in Lynch's work in general. Might have been different back in the 90s when it was still on TV but now I can't imagine many people discovering it through anything else.

I watched his films first and then Twin Peaks.

That's what I thought. Should be an interesting couple of days. I feel like the new TP is going to alienate some of the fans of the older show. I expect it's going to be darker and less comprehensible than the original run. I guess we'll find out soon enough.

I saw all of his movies (except FWWM) before watching TP five years ago.

GET FUCKING HYPE

WHEN THE MOON HITS YOUR EYE
LIKE A BIG PIZZA PIE

I don't even know what BeTV is and is it play or play more?

Saw Lost Highway, own The Straight Story Japanese Blu-ray, saw Eraserhead twice, saw Mulholland Drive twice, saw Dumbland dozens of times

post yfw all the "comfy" damn fine coffee cherry pie xD folks get BTFO by pure lynchkino

What is Dumbland? Is that Inland? You've seen it dozens of times? That's pretty bold.

WHEN THE LYNCH HITS YOUR EYE
LIKE A BIG CHERRY PIE

I got into TP before any other Lynch movie. My mom was a fan of the show when it originally aired but i wasn't even born then. She got me into it.

can't wait

First ep just hit HDBits, awww yeeeee.

I'm curious, Showtime is America only, right?

have any of the spaghettiposters commented on the episodes they saw? I've seen a lot of people assuming that this is going to be Inland Empire-tier Lynch, but I kind of doubt it being that Frost is still there to rein him in.

Fuck off back to plebbit retards, stop asking people to spoonfeed you incredibly basic and easily googleable questions.

His animated thing, you can find it on Youtube easily.

>mfw all the plebs get #lynched

He's talking about Dumbland, a crude cartoon that Lynch once made.

Dumbland is David Lynch's Animated web series

youtu.be/cYHOQ6AQ3Rc

I'm just going to go in blind. I don't think it'll be Inland Empire-tier either but I do think it's going to be a considerable departure from the original series. It's been so long since he did anything in a straightforward narrative fashion. Also his attempt to leave the show after clashes with the producers suggests to me that he had a very specific vision that likely wasn't what Showtime was hoping for.

LMAO

>not having seen Inland Empire a few times

Oh. Never even heard of this. I like Lynch a lot but not an obsessive really. Is it worth watching?

FWWM is a masterpiece

It's a comedy, and I enjoyed it. You don't have to watch it but I recommend it

Apparently no one at Showtime had seen a single frame of the new season before the premiere two days ago. This will be pure Lynch (and some Frost I guess), for sure.

pleb sites when

Just saw it for the first time last night. Incredible experience. One of Lynch's best movies for sure. Can't wait to give it another watch.

There was a time when Mtv who have aired this.

youtube.com/watch?v=63VHeu5V0zA

I got it saved in so-so quality. I'm debating whether or not to upload it all though... I'm pretty tired.

Yeah I read that too. Even if this somehow turns out to not be that great it's probably one of the most fascinating things we'll ever see to broadcast on regular television. Unfiltered 18 hours of Lynch. What a gift we're about to be given.

How are people in Latin America going to watch it?
Just found out it won't be available in cable/streaming services here.

This guy doesn't have it. Ignore this faggot.

Just adjust yourself to the reality that you'll have to watch it Monday mornings instead.

I was born in 94, my dad had watched the series and had mentioned it a few times when I was growing up, also watched the elephant man with him when I was 13-14, and lynch's dune. Eraserhead and the two above I love but I never really liked any of his other stuff (though I've never seen inland empire). Twin peaks is okay, I don't really understand why there's a fandom around it though, it wasn't ever all that great to me

>latin america
lmao who gives a shit?

Normies love it
It's over

in brazil netflix will have every episode weekly, 4 hours later than the USA official streaming

You just made-up my mind for me. You Sup Forumsfags give me no inducement or reason to go through the effort.

Nighty-night fellas.

I have not seen Inland empire, I have seen bits of Mulholland drive.
I have seen the two episodes, they are dark, they introduce a lot of characters, some die very soon, it has the intro but while different the focus is not just on Twin Peaks but New York and other places.

More questions, no answers, if you thought it was going to be "alright, 25 years and then cooper is out to clean his name" well is not so easy, it seems clear that this is not just about closing what we knew of Twin Peaks but there is something more, more than a doppelganger and BOB, there is something else.

The shots looks good, but different than the TV series, the transition between the old film shots and the digital is seamless even if you can still tell the difference, the Room is not a CGI fuckfest, it feels as real as place like that can feel.

Piss off you miserable dreg of humanity., I know you usually are afraid to interact with the cashier clerk or a waitress, but don't be too surprised that people ask questions. You fucking juvenile aspie cum cannon

>You know, this is, excuse me, a damn fine sopa de macaco.

i'd rather normies loved it than the autistic faggots on here think it's "kino" to be honest

Interesting. I think Dune and Elephant Man are probably my two least favourite, though still have lot of things that make them interesting obviously.

Are you going to watch the revival?

DONT SPOIL FAGGOT

Yeah, mostly because my current girlfriend wants to watch it and I don't really have any other shows I'm interested in right now to watch instead. I can understand disliking dune, but why elephant man? It's one of the saddest movies I've ever seen, which I guess is a reason to dislike it for some

David really fetishises dumb lugs.

>being so poor that you can't afford an $8.99 per month subscription to watch a GOAT show live at great quality. $8.99 per month is $2.07 per week, roughly the price of a donut.
