He's a fedora-tipping, euphoric atheist

Not at all

Awesome. He's got my vote.

Fuck Christians!!

I think he doesn't care much for religion. Maybe he believes in some sort of god but it's not high priority for him.

Monotheist. He believes in himself.

0%

He's smart and smart people aren't religious.

I think he's Christian, but probably pretty mellow about it to the point he doesn't show it much. Possibly a Deist.

He's too smart to be an atheist

“The more I study science, the more I believe in God.”

–Albert Einstein

“I believe that the more thoroughly science is studied, the further does it take us from anything comparable to atheism.”

“If you study science deep enough and long enough, it will force you to believe in God.”

—Lord William Kelvin

“Both religion and science require a belief in God. For believers, God is in the beginning, and for physicists He is at the end of all considerations… To the former He is the foundation, to the latter, the crown of the edifice of every generalized world view.”

—Max Planck

“God is a mathematician of a very high order and He used advanced mathematics in constructing the universe.”

–Paul A. M. Dirac

“The more I study nature, the more I stand amazed at the work of the Creator. Science brings men nearer to God.”

“In good philosophy, the word cause ought to be reserved to the single Divine impulse that has formed the universe.”

“Little science takes you away from God but more of it takes you to Him.”

—Louis Pasteur

Not very.

he believes in the america that believes in him!

He gives daily praise to Kek

Not at all. Anybody who thinks he is, is down right retarded.

Trump is a Christian. He went on the 700 Club years ago, before he was ever thought of as a presidential candidate, and talked up his Presbyterian faith.

I doubt he's super fundamentalist, but I have no reason to believe he's faking his religious beliefs.

>“The more I study science, the more I believe in God.”

Naturally a Jew wouldn't totally disbelief in God. After all, both Christians and Muslims took the Hebrew concept of God and made it their own.

i'd say very, his Bible is very worn-in.
i imagine he had backslidden for a long time, (the divorces, etc) but never doubted the existence of God.
most christians have been there.
i imagine now that he's been out of secular NYC and has had so much fellowship with other Christians this past year or so, that his faith is front and center once again.

wtf I hate trump now

I am almost 100% that Obama is an atheist who pretends to be Christian because otherwise you're doomed in American politics

But when it comes to Trump, I am absolutely 100%, 101% actually, that he is a staunch atheist .They asked him for his favorite verse he couldn't name even 1 ... when asked about his sins, he basically said he has none.

It's just a facade.

Based on how much he worships the cock, very.

Who the hell you you think he is?
His drill is the drill that will MAGA!

This.

Not to mention that greed is a cardinal sin, and he's got plenty of it. In fact, you can even say capitalism as a whole isn't Christian, as it goes against so many of Jesus' teachings.

Trump is as religious as the Clintons are married.

>"have you ever asked for forgiveness?"
>"no"
that was just a gaffe, he would've had to publicly in order to become a member of a presbyterian church.

>They asked him for his favorite verse he couldn't name even 1
it's not that he couldn't, it's that he didn't.

and also: "two corinthians" instead of "second" is common and fine to say.

...

Trump is extremely religious. Actually you wouldn't understand how religious he is. He is the most religious man known.

>I am almost 100% that Obama is an atheist who pretends to be Christian because otherwise you're doomed in American politics
Pretty much also my sentiment. But I think Obama is very sympathetic to Islam.

albert einstein was religious

please
that dirty old jew

You guys are fucking retarded, he is not a fundamentalist but like another user said, he went to the 700 club and talked about his faith, years before he was even a presidential candidate. He is prebysterian though, which is pretty much Liberal Christianity, most Democrats who are religious fall under it

Why wouldn't he be? He has muslim family.
Would you betray your family?

0
everyone knows thats why he needed a christfag vp

is he PCA or PCUSA?

...

Wrong. Einstein did not subscribe to any man made religion. He was an athiest.

en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Religious_views_of_Albert_Einstein

He's an atheist.

4D chess masters with 200 IQs know that God is a fairy tale.

I dont know why but I can tell this is sarcastic.

This. He is religious but sadly not fundamentalist.

...

...

I dont know, being from New York I would assume PCUSA, being that they are they progressive liberal wing

...

His faith in Kek is important to him.

Calvinist Presbyterians are some of the most conservative people you'll ever meet.
t. Calvinist Presbyterian

Probably just casually. Honestly he seems like a super busy guy that wouldn't have time to be extravagantly religious.

I've always had somewhat Calvinist leanings. Isaiah 57:15 makes it seem like nothing we do changes anything. I just can't bite it completely.

Ephesians 1 sold it for me, personally. I wish you well, friend.

Believe he is like me, a "cultural Christian" who doesn't believe in silly heaven/hell stories or creation myths, but who admires and respects the traditions that much of what is best about our civilization is based on and threatened by loony Marxists and Islamic apologists, who publicly say they are all about respecting the "great" religions while simultaneously trashing Christianity at every opportunity, dirty hypocrites!

Probably not very. But I suspect that he respects and understands the importance and heritage of Christianity in the west. I'd rather have a fedora tipper with a brain than some liar who claims to belong to a religion then undermines it with every policy like most recent presidents.

Hillary is a Methodist and so is George W. Bush...are Methodists the new Jews?

I wish you well too.

Fake. Thats a quote from a second hand source. Literally never happened

Just like how a second hand source claimed darwin said god exist and the theory of evolution was a mistake.

Christfags are so psthetic. If anyone is interested in Einsteins opinion on religion, read for yourself. The greatest minds that ever lived were athiest.

en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Religious_views_of_Albert_Einstein

What's even the point of calling yourself a Christian? Nice denial.

Join the fedora lords fuck boy.

Deist

I don't doubt it for a second that Obama is atheist. There's so many religious people here that a president could never outright say that he isn't Christian or doesn't believe in God, it would alienate them from a large group of voters, both right and left wing. Over 40% of the American population believes the earth is ~6000 years old.
As for Trump, he couldn't even name which version of the bible he studies when interviewed by a reporter. You have to be so ignorant and out of touch with religion to not be able to lie your way out of that question. He gave some bullshit answer about liking all of the versions. I'm atheist and can think of several immediately; new testament, old testament, king james. So that alone just proves how "Christian" he is.

Kek is coming, and he's fuckin' pissed

Jewpedia quote is not fake or i would have never copied it

I will be honest.. obama is not a atheist.. and highly unlikely.

>The greatest minds that ever lived were athiest
Not really. There are plenty of people that are widely held to be geniuses that were Christian (Newton, Maxwell, Bach, etc.).

its bait

Why does it matter?

>200 IQs know that God is a fairy tale.
demonstrably untrue

1: Andrew Magdy Kamal - IQ 231.734 - republican, Christian.
2: Abdessellam Jelloul - IQ 198 - Theist (vague)
3: Christopher Michael Langan - IQ 195 - Christian
4: Terence Tao - IQ ~230 - (no data)
5: Christopher Hirata - IQ 225 - Christian
6: Evangelos Katsioulis - IQ 198 - Christian
7: Rick Rosner - IQ 192 - Theist
8: Mislav Predavec - IQ 192 - Christian
9: Gary Kasparov - IQ 190 - Christian (?)
10 Kenneth Ferrell - IQ 190 - Christian (?)
11: James Woods IQ 180 - Christian

He doesn't strike me as religious. If he met god he'd try to negotiate a better deal for the world

>atheist btfo

>If he met god he'd try to negotiate a better deal for the world
that's biblical though (Exodus 32:9-14 Genesis 18:16-32 John 2:1-12 2 Kings 20:1-11)

>He said he believed in the "pantheistic" God of Baruch Spinoza, but not in a personal god, a belief he criticized.

That makes him a Deist or Pantheist, not atheist

Newton would have been otherwise he say hes A christian.

You are countin people at a time when non belivers where burnt at the stake. Ridiculous. You're an idiot.

The guy who is calling bait to your post is scared because a true intellectual has enetered this thread and is embarrassing you christfags.

Using fake quotes.
Using examples from a time when the penalty for apostasy was death.

Nice try kiddos. In reality, the greatest scientific minds were majority athiest. Today, the greatest minds are unanimously athiest.

Christfags have no legs to stand on.
Faith gets you beheadings and and burnings and bombings.

I named people that were all devoutly religious. Nice try.

...

I love how you just said they're Christian on the ones with no data.

"For this is what the high and exalted One says-- he who lives forever, whose name is holy: "I live in a high and holy place, but also with the one who is contrite and lowly in spirit, to revive the spirit of the lowly and to revive the heart of the contrite."

How does that make you feel like nothing we do matters

>1: Andrew Magdy Kamal - IQ 231.734 - republican, Christian.

this is the first result when you google him:

>Andrew Magdy Kamal's Blog of Awesomeness

This thread has the collective intelligence of a jelly fish. These people would quite frankly fail to understand the nuiance Necessary to understand what you said.

This group only understands it in black and white turns. Either you subscribe to Christianity, catholicism, etc and believe in a personal god or you are an athiest.

No IQ test can measure above 160

there was only one with no data, i didn't mean to imply he's christian, he was just on the list of the 'top 10 IQ's of the world' i was looking at. (added james woods because he's great)

the ones with (?) are flaky, kasparov described himself as a "self-appointed Christian" but i'm not sure what that means. and the christian kenneth ferrell might not be the same person as the high IQ kenneth ferrell.

>No IQ test can measure above 160
wrong, you're right that most of them cap at 160 though, there are some that (attempt to) measure higher though.

Evolution is a Lie
I have a long history of making videos debunking evolution in my channel, but for this blog post I have an interesting video from my friends at Bible Flock Box. He makes some interesting points such as the DNA Species Barrier (which in essence the laws of genetics go against evolution) or the fact that we never found a complete skeletal set in support of evolution. Evolution in itself is a scientific fraud and shouldn't be taken seriously as the actual origin of life. The bible have been proven accurate time to time, while evolution in short haven't been proven to be more then a theory. It is to my surprise that people think through a series of genetic mutation one creature can become another, but thinks intelligent design is that of a mere fairy tale.

>lol what is he even doing then

see and are we being trolled? because if so, 10/10

>rationalwiki is shit
he's right though

recordholdersrepublic.co.uk/world-record-holders/1105/andrew-kamal.aspx

apparently he's also an autist like most of you guys.

solving logic puzzles on paper != the ability to analyze politics which is inherently a social subject

i disagree, but i don't see what that has to do with anything i've said at all whatsoever.

original topic was trump's religiosity, then it derailed into high IQ people and religiosity, where the hell did poilitics come from?

>How religious do you think Trump really is?

That's between him and God. Who gives a shit.

>Lord William Kelvin
Lord William Thomson, 1st Baron Kelvin, not William Kelvin.

people view atheists as trustworthy as known rapists, so of course whether or not he's religious is going to be a big deal.

Also, it's not fair to include Dirac on this list, for whom "God" is clearly just a metaphor.
He was an outspoken critic of religion, viz.
>I cannot understand why we idle discussing religion. If we are honest—and scientists have to be—we must admit that religion is a jumble of false assertions, with no basis in reality. The very idea of God is a product of the human imagination. It is quite understandable why primitive people, who were so much more exposed to the overpowering forces of nature than we are today, should have personified these forces in fear and trembling. But nowadays, when we understand so many natural processes, we have no need for such solutions. I can't for the life of me see how the postulate of an Almighty God helps us in any way. What I do see is that this assumption leads to such unproductive questions as why God allows so much misery and injustice, the exploitation of the poor by the rich and all the other horrors He might have prevented. If religion is still being taught, it is by no means because its ideas still convince us, but simply because some of us want to keep the lower classes quiet. Quiet people are much easier to govern than clamorous and dissatisfied ones. They are also much easier to exploit. Religion is a kind of opium that allows a nation to lull itself into wishful dreams and so forget the injustices that are being perpetrated against the people. Hence the close alliance between those two great political forces, the State and the Church. Both need the illusion that a kindly God rewards—in heaven if not on earth—all those who have not risen up against injustice, who have done their duty quietly and uncomplainingly. That is precisely why the honest assertion that God is a mere product of the human imagination is branded as the worst of all mortal sins.
–PAMD

He called the material universe is god. This isn't theism in any way.

Probably a christian, but the really chill on it. The best kind really.

Obama is a muslim and trump is one of those people that just believes in a higher power but not particularly religious

Trump isn't religious at all, though it won't change my vote. He couldn't answer the most basic of questions
>What's your favorite Bible verse
>All of them. They're just all so great
>Just any of them
>They're just all so great

>"people"
Oh, you mean religious people? Because over here people view christians as less trust worthy than venomous snakes. I hope you realize this is meaningless.

too bad this sort of weak evidence wouldn't convince you to become a christian yourself.

I am a Christian. I'm just not deluded enough to think Trump is. He got put on the spot and couldn't answer a basic question any Christian who reads the Bible would have an answer to. It then took him several days to come up with his favorite verse

EEE

VAN

GELLICKLES

We are the ne jews user

Look at all these scientists and geniuses with all their anecdotes
>and not one shred of evidence.

>you have to believe in sky fairies to get elected in murica

>Oh, you mean religious people?
yeah, i should've qualified 'people' with 'normal.'
>over here
context is american politics/politician.

come on, man.
maybe he just didn't want to say something obvious and common like John 3:16.
i don't think whether or not you can accurately quote, or quote at all, a Bible verse while on the spot is good indicator on whether or not one values his faith in Christ anyway.
weak evidence.

As do we, friend. As do we.

I can recite bible passages, know how to pray in Islam (which is no small feat, particularly since it's in Arabic), could fake my way through an evangelical Christian service and can properly pray at a Shinto shrine.

I'm a Kekian.

Your knowledge of something does not mean you ascribe to it. I suppose you need to be able to name all members of a band or their entire cannon in order to be a fan, right?

Read the sticky, too, while you're at it my Common Core countryman.

That makes him Christian in name only. It's like a woman who says "I'm so Christian," and then sleeps with a new guy every week/month

I'm pretty sure he's completely irreligious and I think that's honestly wonderful.

So what you're saying is that he's a liar.
