The Jordanian dinar is strong against Western currency, £100 got me 94 dinars.
The only expensive things you should expect are plane tickets, entry visa(40 dinar), and hotel, food and everything else is dirt cheap.
Also are you """Arab"""? Take your native ID card it'll get you massive discounts at every tourist site, instead of paying 50 dinars at Petra like everyone else I only paid 15.

I speak Arabic dude but they still get angry as fuck I nearly got into fights on two seperate occasions.
All Jordanian taxis have metres but those niggers dont want to abide by it and sperg out for more.
Well I have Algerian & French passport. Is it enough? I asked about that to the Jordanian embassy last summer but these fuckers just hung up on me.
Thanks for the info btw!
yeah it happens but u can also barter for cheaper than the metre, they're people with nothing to lose so they act stupid. example: you agree on a price beforehand and half way through driving you they'll start renegotiating or when you arrive they conveniently 'forget' about the deal. LOL
Perfect, if you prefer to travel by French passport Id recommend you take your Algerian passport with you so that when you visit tourist sites you can get comfy
discounts, they make a big difference too there are so many ruins in Jordan and you need to purchase tickets on entry to all of them. They dont do any in depth checks or whatever they'll just take a quick glance at your ID/passport, speaking a little Arabic around them helps as well.
>Thanks for the info btw!
