Does anyone know what scene was cut here? From "Rocko's Modern Christmas"?

Does anyone know what scene was cut here? From "Rocko's Modern Christmas"?

Rocko tells Spunky they should invite everyone so no one's feelings are hurt, the phone rings, they look at it, then it cuts to Rocko sending mail.

I can't tell from how the audio is, but I think the phone ringing is cut off when the scene changes, too.

Bump. I always wondered this.

Really? Shit. I wonder if Joe said anything about it.

There's no stuff about it on the deleted scenes talk of the show (with the milking and the bear balls scenes) so I'm curious if it even aired with the scene on premiere night.

is there a clip of this?

5 minutes in, this copy (not the DVD I'm watching) has it too, and the cut audio sounds more possible here.

In context he's just talked to a lot of people and finally hangs up only for it to ring again. I don't think anything was cut.

The way I see it the timespan from when it started ringing to when the scene changed was really quick, like that seemed how long it would be right before Rocko reached for it, where it was cut off. It just felt really fast like something else was there.

weird

I am deeply curious if this is just a gag or not, and the reason it was cut off was due to bad timing or it was rushed. The cut off audio of the phone ringing could be summed down to editing issues since it is a couple decades old.

Also I got bored and made a trace. There's a few more but I'm working on a project with them so they're not finished.

NEVER

>there wasn't a never say never joke in that scene
thank god, I could imagine the whole thing being ruined in this day and age with the "explain the gag!!" routine

So can this just be a Rocko thread?

So... if this is a Rocko thread let's just get the first-time-watching most spooky part of the series out of the way.

Almost certainly just an unimportant joke that had to be cut for time.

Well yea but the question is what was the joke? Not your opinion on how much it mattered. I'm sure it didn't, neither did the milking scene in The Good, The Bad, and the Wallaby, or the bear balls scene in Hut Sut Raw, or if you wanna be picky, the No Tell Motel bit in Road Rash.

huh?

SO HOW ABOUT THAT TV MOVIE

any news on it?

Someone who has the complete series DVD, play the disc with Bedfellows on it, during the credits for that episode, does this happen to you?

Right after the regular credits are done and it does the Joe Murray thing, it flickers this a few times, some warning, and something about factory settings on the disc.

Did I get a fucked version or is this a pre-release sorta thing?

weird, i don't know

sounds like maybe a prototype release or your disc messed up, does it do that constantly or was it a one time thing?

I know VHS tapes have non-sale versions, but I don't know about discs unless it's a sampler, but a whole series sampler wouldnt exist.

is that from some youtube video? if it's from a movie i wanna see that movie

pete and pete
it sucks though

>pete and pete
>it sucks though

got a good episode? specific joke that was good? no? alright then

The one where Artie leaves

>artie
yea that name sounds promising for feels

what is this?

nickelodeon

i mean how is it rocko

watch Power Trip you fucking retard

did you make that? so proud of you

Pretty much every episode in P&P is excellent. Take that one with Stu letting older Pete drive the bus.

You just don't have the kind of humor for that show.
