No Sif. ;_;

>Jeff Goldblum is finally having his comeback

Fantastic.

No worries famalam.

Jamie confirmed she will be back on ver twitter

I wouldn't expect more than a bit role/cameo from Sif thou. Like her in TDW

>Lou Ferrigno Hulk

wait what

>Lou Ferrigno Hulk
That's gotta be false.

Blackyrie? No outrage? Have we finally moved on as a whole?

Here some people will come and defend the previous Thor movies as Ive already seen people defending IM2 and 3, and CA1 became a "good movie" already despise not having a second act and having a shit 3rd act.

It'll be fine.
It'll be great.

I think people are just happy Portman is gone right now.

Give it time.

>The first good Thor movie.

Shut yo mouth! The first good Thor movie was Thor.

Yes, we finally surrendered at the multicuturalism being pushed by globalist corporations and government. A great time to be alive.

Remember, she was chosen because her acting abilities. There was no single white women who could act that role. Also remember to hate your skin and heritage in case you are white. You dont want to make mickey mouse cry, right?

CW as a movie has the 3act in the middle. Is it bad because of it?

It really has nothing to fo with Formula. First Avenger was bland as fuck, forgetable maybe but not horrible.

As an origin movie is not even worse than stuff like fant4stic or Green Lantern

>Skurge
>no Enchantress
HAH!
Good.

It's not bad because of it, but it's not as good as it could have been.

With Perlmutter and his toadies out of the picture and a director who seems to know what his doing I think Thor will finally get thrown the bone.

Also mfw DAT CAST.

Cap 1 has a second act, it just has a very smooth transition between the first and second acts. It lacks a third act, instead having a montage and two action scenes. IM2 is also a far better movie than people give it credit for and most of its problems could be fixed with a little editing.

>I want the same formula over and over again! no originality!

>voice (rumored)

it will be neat, but i am more hype for karl urban as skurge.

Yis, ya igg.

tell me they did not recast buffalo

No they did, Ruffalo is still in it. Here's hoping for some Green Scar.

Wasn't he the voice in TIH an Avengers?

>Jeff Goldblum Grandmaster
>You were born on time to see Jeff Goldblum fight Thanos

Come on, user. You have to at least put some bait on the hook.

>moved on
Yes, the goyim have indeed moved to greener (or maybe BLACKER) pastures heh heh heh...

>mfw Grandmaster is the ringmaster of a gladiator arena featuring Hulk and Beta Ray Bill

Not b8 at all. Im glad they found the only actress able to pull that role. They probably went for accuracy but no white women could act the part and they had to settle with a black woman.

Who doesnt love some interracial anyways?

Don't do this to me, user

Not at all. The best movies have very original storytelling. But completely dropping the act formula like Civil War did just made the story from the airport scene on feel awkward and shortened.

>Asgard looked absolutely majestic in Thor, a colourful fantasy setting
>all of a sudden it's dirty and gritty and 50 shades of brown in TDW and Ragnarok

Why?

youtube.com/watch?v=LF110JKPJSs

I'd take Thor with a black woman over Postman AGAIN. She was a charisma vacuum.

>white people this buttblasted

Low level bait user

Maybe because it's been overrun by hell itself?
I mean, she isn't Hela for nothing.

It was gritty as shit in Dark World too, with laser turrets everywhere (compare shots between Thor and TDW and you'll see the difference). Rather jarring difference, and a bad one at that.

He'd have better chemistry with a Philipino waiter

Nope

They used like a dozen different sounds layered together to make the voice in the Avengers and one of those layers was Ferrigno. So, technically he was part of it, but not a significant part.

Her realm is one of ice

He's been doing Hulk's voice in live action and cartoons for years bro. But I will die if it's just him painted green again.

I'm surprised by the lack of Beta Ray Bill fans in here

He voiced the Hulk when Banner is hulled out. They clearly alter the voice though

Who is Grandmaster

No because it's mcu

No, since it would be the second good Thor movie.

I don't know if I can accept goldblum as a badguy, especially if he's soing his typical stuttering um well you see guy

No. The 3rd act is the third act. The confrontation at the Hydra base builds off of everything that has come before. The whole point of it was that it circumvents the grandiose civilian casualty laden final set pieces of previous movies for something more personal and heartbreaking.

I finally watched the Thor movies and I gotta say Odin seems like a fucking wimp.

Odin could be the same character as he is in the current MCU, "we are not gods" and all, but for the love of god make him actually seem even a little bit powerful, as is he's a frail old man who sounds like an old man and moves like an old man yet everyone's treating him like this ultimate badass. Not that there'd be anything wrong with that if he actually had some scenes showing that he WAS as stronk as people say but as of the second movie the only time I remember him even fighting at all was him lazily pointing his laser pointer spear over some elf faggot.

>Anthony Hopkins
>Rene Russo
>Idris Elba
>Tom Hiddleston
>Stellan Skarsgard
>Based Ray Stevenson
>Kat Dennings' tiddies
>All directed by Kenneth Branagh
A good cast is by no means any indication of a good movie.

They explained that it was because the bifrost was fucked up

An Elder of the Universe, much like the Collector, his shtick is that he is obsessed with games. Expect a large ham.

Which would be fine if they hadn't had the airport scene be so huge and climactic. I was burned out on fights after it.

Wasn't it repaired by the time the events of Dark World took place?

>Skurge
>No Enchantress
I am concern.

Popul Vuh was a comic book that had a heavy focus on repeated visual motiffs based on simple polygrams and a design focus that treated each page as a complete graphic picture as opposed to a collection of panels.

This is where Watchmen got its style fromThor 1 was good

>not liking delicious brown

Jeff Goldblum can't do the right kind of ham needed for Grandmaster
>I ..eh..hae eh have won aehm the game

Eh, Thor 1 was actually pretty decent, it just had a pacing problem. I maintain that all it needed was a small timeskip after Thor's exile to earth and his meeting with Portman and co. (maybe a year's time). This allows Loki more time to take over Asgard and start fucking things over; the Warriors Three/Sif coming to earth to retrieve Thor is more logical from a "fix Asgard" standpoint instead of coming off as friends who just miss him after a week of not drinking; Thor has enough time to learn about and appreciate earth and begin living up to Odin's desires; and it makes his relationship with Portman more believable instead of the out of place love at first sight.

Thor 2 is indefensible though.

Is there more concept art from it or is OP the only one released?

Finally have Darcy in an outfit that doesn't keep her talents hidden?

What talents would that be?

...

Juggling.

Cate Blanchett as Hela has me hard as diamonds. Can't wait for first promo pics so I can whip it out and relieve myself.

>chef goldblum as grandmaster
youtube.com/watch?v=O7F0J-1Zd84
>Lou Ferrigno voicing the Hulk
I'm intrigued

This means we're going to see a more intelligent Hulk, right? Set up for Planet Hulk?

>he's used as a generic gladiator for 2 minutes before getting summarily killed off

Thor 2 had longboat starfighters.
It doesn't need defending.

I will be royally pissed. They better not do that.

We got used to Heimdall, the brightest of all gods, being black, so Valkyrie is nothing special.
Thor not going after Sif though is annoying by this point.

Odin is old, but he's pretending to not be, so his reputation protects Asgard.

Sadly she isn't in the movie.
But dye her hair blonde and give her a tight green outfit and she would be perfect as enchantress.
Hell for fun have Thor make a comment that she looks like someone he knows from earth

The fly is not a bad Jeff Performance

>Pepper Potts leaves Tony
>Portman absent from Thor 3
>mfw the age of pointless, shoehorned love subplots in cape movies is coming to an end

The side cast in general is fading away, and getting replaced by other superheroes who get used as side-characters to starring superheroes.

I'm ok with that.
More cape in my cape shit.

>We got used to Heimdall, the brightest of all gods, being black

Marvel's Heimdall was never like the myth at all beyond a few broad strokes like guarding the bridge.

And let's be real, you neither know nor gave a fuck about Heimdall until Idris Elba was cast as him.

Yep

You should have seen Sup Forums, Sup Forums and Sup Forums when the cast was first announced.

Speak for yourself, some of us played Age of Mythology

But will he play virtual reality laser tag with Thanos over an infinity stone?

What else is new?

>Thor 2 is indefensible though.
Thor 2 was the most visually interesting of any MCU movie. It's a shit movie beyond that of course, but it's not like it didn't have any redeeming factors.
