Does anyone else think the opening scene of episode 1 is a flash forward to the ending of the series? It doesn't make sense when the following scenes of Cooper in the familiar red room are taken into account.

Plus, in The Secret History of Twin Peaks, which now seemingly takes place following the events of the new series (TSHOTP Spoilers/Potential Series Spoilers Ahead) there is a point where Tamara Preston finds a file in the FBI's database listing only the names of Gordon Cole, Phillip Jeffries, Chet Desmond, Sam Stanley, Windom Earle, Dale Cooper and Albert Rosenfield. She then says "We can safely conclude the aforementioned list is clearly not a very good one to be on. But what did it signify? If it's a list of agents who've suffered terrible fates, Gordon Cole and forensic expert Albert Rosenfield remain notable exceptions; both are healthy and on the active duty roster. There has to be another link."

If her analysis in the book takes place after the series and she still concludes that Cooper has suffered a terrible fate and is no longer on the active FBI roster, I find it hard to believe he comes out of the new series with a happy ending.

James has always been cool

what edition is this asshole?

...

>when people are talking about Judy

So where did Dougie come from? Did the Doppelganger just make him up?

"We're being watched" for me sounds as an introduction to S3 and a "Let's pick this up again."

Lost Weight edition

Do you know where I can watch the deleted scene? I can't find it anywhere.

why the kafka poster

None of that necessarily means that it's a flash forward but it is possible.

No, I remember seeing it years ago when it came out though. It's only very short and the only interesting part is when a fiery wormhole opens up in the wall that Jeffries get spat out of

Thoughts?

Yikes i hope not about your spoilers.
Maybe it's just talking about uh... past fates. Like "wow bad things happened to coop in the past glad he's good now tho lol"

on the twin peaks blu ray box set of course!

Best butt in twin peaks?

...

LYNCHED

Bob gave some random dude the ring and shoved a golden pearl up his ass.

Thoughts?

I thought the ring was harmful to Bob though

Book takes place before. Reason why she mentions Dale having had a "terrible fate" is the same as Earle and Desmond, they just disappeared.

The book that's probably going to be set after the show is The Final Dossier.

HELLLLLLLLLOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO

Call for help.

Grimes should be on Twin Peaks. She's perfect.

Jade give two rides.

What's the deal with the greedy midget?

You know what? Yea I'd smack that ass.

I like Jimmy Scott's better.

No cover can top this.

He's the arm

you people are everywhere

Too sugary. I love Grimes tho.

Ring basically allowed Mike to claim a body/soul. So Laura putting it on meant Bob couldn't inhabit her body, meaning he had to kill her to keep Leland's identity secret, but also forced the garmonbozia from her kill to be claimed by Mike/Arm.

Ring on Dougie probably helped make sure that when Evil Cooper was being pulled to Black Lodge, that Dougie would be pulled as well.

"Anyone who creates art is a friend of mine."

Who else feels creatively inspired by Lynch again? What are you going to do with this inspiration?

lol, ok thx!

nah, you aren't stealing my ideas that easily

I'm going to post on Sup Forums!

possibly Lynch has done that before... Mulholland Drive started with the ending

who else here live in the northwest?

creativity is not art you normie slut

red-pill me on Grimeth.

I don't live in the northwest but I live in the woods and I was camping when Season 3 aired so watching the first 4 episodes in the woods was comfy as fuck.

It says in the opening of Secret History that the contents of the dossier were acquired on 7/26/16 from a crime scene that is still under active investigation. We now know that the archivist was Major Briggs. I'm assuming that they find this dossier during the current season, maybe when they investigate further into the South Dakota murder if the body within the apartment belonged to who we think it does.

What happened to Sam?

keep in mind that he said "art," and currently believes that "art house" is completely and utterly dead

he's sure as hell not talking about you

m8
wait till you see these MEMES

LYNCHED

When I think K.i.n.o., this is what I mean:

youtube.com/watch?v=dtLU4m8etAY

But I am painter and a musician, user. Who else is he talking about then?

Yes, I have sold paintings and my music was published by actual labels.
No, I will not tell you my name because I don't care for clicks or exposition.

He had a mental breakdown and became an alcoholic sometime after the Teresa Banks case. He was put on administrative leave from the FBI and never returned to duty.

what happened to Major Briggs?

Has she seen all 4 episodes yet you guys reckon?

Dael Coper is ded and it's all a drem.

nice garmonbozia farm, BOB

So I know this is probably obvious, but just to make sure. Was doppleganger Coop supposed to be sucked into the Black Lodge and Regular Coop should have re-entered the world through the cigarette lighter? But doppel Coop created Dougie Coop so Regular Coop replaced him instead?

Also, I know they were puking up creamed corn or garmonbozia or whatever. But what exactly is the significance of this? Was it whoever barfed first would enter the lodge? Also if Doppelcoop created Dougie Coop and knew that was the day he was supposed to return then why wasn't he prepared? Why the fuck did he keep driving his car?

Go ruin Sup Forums with this goblin not here

She is everything that is beautiful, pure and good in corporeal form.

fucking amazing scene

Twin Peaks canonically is in North East Washington. Inbetween Salmon Arm and Calgary.

Plus barely any of the new series even takes place there anymore. South Dakota is where its at now.

He ascended to the white lodge

The whole "Black Lodge has rules now" thing is gay

amazing amazing amazing amazing movie

I know james gets a lot of shit but Donna is fucking terrible

>nothing character in s1
>boring subplots that go nowhere thoughout s2
>muh I want to be a bad gurl like laura

>its a FBI led by Gordon Cole botches Ruby Ridge episode

My housemate thinks lynch doesn't get CGI and it fails and its shit in the new season. I've told him its obviously intentional but he doesn't get it.

She's also not even hot and was too fucking horrifically ugly to show in the new season

I thought everyone agreed on this. All she has going for her is being pretty, and Audrey and Shelley both decimated her there.

How the fuck did this line go over my head?

At least the actress was beautiful. But yeah I started to get tired of her after the Jacobi raid. The whole Harold thing just made her seem like a bitch.

PLEBFILTERED

James is a source of unintentional (?) comedy, but Donna has no redeeming qualities. FWWM Donna is qt though.

haha i get this reference haha

Just fucking end him.

Could it be the budget or does he just not care entirely about fancy CGI scenes?

tell him he's a pleb and will never understand art

Tell him he just got L Y N C H E D

lol hahah

Isn't it called the Northwest film center because all of Washington is in the Northwest of the US?

Thanks! I was nervous about posting it but I've been coming out of my shell a bit for these Twin Peak threads. I really feel with my own kin here.

>lara flynn BOIL
