Reminder that you're a complete pleb if you didn't read Secret History or at least listen to the audiobook.
Damn fine stuff.
Seriously though why did Dougie have the ring? If he's a creation of Bob-Coop, why would Bob give him the ring?
So other spirits can't fuck with him? Only thing I can think of.
That was mostly garbage though
Lynch is jealous his show has been outdone.
>Cool James Records
>it was wojak, the feels guy
HOLY SHIT
I assume that he needed the magic of the ring to create Dougie
>peggy Lipton is 70
this woman aged like the finest wine
Hmmm that might make sense. We know it prevents possession but maybe it blocks spirits in other ways.
Maybe Bob didn't want Mike or whoever else to know that he had a decoy. So they couldn't figure out his plan to stay out of the Lodge.
It could have been Mike, to protect him. The same reason they showed him all the jackpot slot machines, because he clearly had debts that his life was in danger over. Mike/the arm don't want him to die.
She was already a prime piece at 45.
THIS. Cooper's character isn't all memes, at least not when Lynch is writing him. A lot of people fail to notice this and it bothers me a lot.
Lynch made up the airing schedule himself for the most part
Can someone explain why Cooper and Albert had no reaction in the original series to the fact that Cooper perfectly guessed Larua's description in FWWM?
Sorry if this is a retarded question.
fuck off redditor
LYNCHED
What ring?
In FWWM Albert seemed unimpressed. As he said, Cooper's description includes countless high school girls in the US.
He could have written it off as dumb luck.
thoughts?
Yeah, that scene where he stops Truman and boldly states that the FBI is the one in charge. Seeing the other FBI agents dealing with the Theresa Banks case kind of showed the stern side of the FBI
Because Lynch is a bad writer in terms of continuity. Mark Frost's non-involvement in FWWM was clear in terms of upholding the lore. Everything else in the movie is great, though.
He's both, cold and calculating with strong insights to serious investigation. But is also a strange guy who enjoys simple pleasures and indulges his curiosities.
Cooper was at his best as a character when he bounced between all of them.
He even got testy at Doc Hayward for saying he didn't blame Leland for suffocating Renault (I think)... Cooper snapped and asked him if he was excusing murder.
>Dreamland
Where in the show is this?
I saw him in the trailers for s3 tho
What was this scene all about?
I can't wait for /ourguy/ to return. He's on the cast list.

every twin peaks thread has been the same for the past week and will until the finale. get used it.
To follow this up since I'm on it, thats what Twin peaks is to me, that's what makes it great. The juxtaposition of serious, campy, humorous, horrific and surreal moments all blend together to make this perfect mix of a television show.
It really was an ensemble cast that worked well together, had a strong narrative hook, and then expanded upon subjects that never grace TV such as North pacific Native American lore, Incest, and Extreme surrealism all wrapped up in an American standard built on drama and humor played over Badalamenti's fantastic music.
yo seriously this was funny as fuck

I want reddit off my board with this shitty general. Get taste.
...
Not really, it has some ok bits but it falls into the trap that SNL always has where they only really have 1 joke to make but they just stretch it out and milk it as hard as they can and don't really know how to end it. But yeah granted, it one of their better ones.
I took him mentioning going forward and back (past and future) to left and right (doppelgänger and original) and namedropping Lewis and Clark as a foreshadowing/divination kinda thing but I could definitely be wrong at this point.
>Indian Heritage
>the apartment complex is 1349 Arrowhead Road

I solved the mystery.
You're right.
Better call saul, breaking bad and vince gilligan are redditcore as fuck. If they could take the GoTfags with them when they leave we'd be all set.

Love this scene so much.

>watches Millennial peaks made by a senile old man who wants to seem cool still
Anyone else think Coopers face is borderline uncanny valley
autism
Does Lynch like SNL?
something's going on with him though. He puts off the same metallic scratching sound. Also, his voice sounds so similar to the one on the phone with Dooper.
kek this is some obvious b8
Give it up AMC salesmen, I'm on to you!
cucked
So are we in full consensus that drinking the coffee "woke" Dale up
doubt it
>Frost: David, we're getting really weird, I think we need some comic relief.
>Lynch: How about Michael Cera delivering a soliloquy about his dharma in a Marlon Brando voice?
>Frost: .........Ok
He's just messing around with the indian shit everywhere, isn't he.
No he's still retarded.
That's what we're lead to believe, prepare to be subverted though.
No, only fucking idiots think this.
Doubt it, going to take something more than Coffee to get him back.
Only coffee or cherry pie could do it
>David Lynch is directing the Trump presidency
We weren't even lead to believe it. What the fuck.
