They did pretty well with the core trio, I have faith in them. Although how they deal with Jasper's going to be the most interesting part, especially with Lapis confronting her. I can see things getting violent.

Why don't shows do that? Have side characters be in the background sometimes just living their lives? No focus on it, no calling attention to it, just Peridot and Lapis in the background swimming in the ocean or ordering snow cones or looking at puppies through a pet store window. Have them sitting on a park bench with Nanefua or heading to a rave with Sour Cream.
