Some junkie tried to steal a woman's purse, she reacted and started screaming. The junkie was probably too high to fight back and shut her up and soon a small crowd had gathered around them, some kicking , punching and possibly stoning took place until someone decided to call the cops, who got there before the junkie was killed by the crowd. The police took him away and everyone just walked away like nothing happened.
