When your native tongue is english you will never speak a latin language correctly
I only noticed this last year when a Brit pointed it out to me. We pronounce British like Bridish.
They already get shot everyday
Haha i know this feeling. I used to have this physics teacher from colombia and she added an "e" infront of every single word hahaha why do they do this???
It's even worse when they have a slight british accent
Better than Brits pronouncing it as "matah"
>oy m8 cood you pot some botah on me bread puh-leese?
...
c u t e
>whack-a-mole-ee

Do brits only know A and O as vowels?
it's not "starboard"
IT'S FUCKING ST_YYYYY_RBORD
HOW HARD IS IT
When your native tongue is {any language} you will never speak any other language correctly
A letter to confuse the burger: Ñ
>thaikwondo
>hunday
Because in spanish we dont pronounce consonants alone unless they are at the end of the word
Ironically, how to properly pronounce 'Ñ' is probably the only thing i remember from HS Spanish class.
>listening to beaners use English terms like hamburger in Spanish
>hamburguesa
There's no alternative, if you pronounce it like in Spanish you're a huge autist.
this, correctly pronouncing words from different languages is discouraged
I don't know. Here on the border, I frequently hear people speak perfectly clear English with your typical American accent and then switch to Spanish and sound like a full-on bean.
Spanish phonology is very easy for English speakers. Also this
> A columbian thinking about burritos
Color me surprised
Because they're spanish rapebabbys
Mfw amerimutts dont understabd spanish even if both are indo euro abd both use papa mama and No eng = no spanish
Not everyone in America has a Michigan accent. I would say it like that but most Americans wouldn't.
