ITT: Character's whose gender you got wrong the first time

Terk is apparently a girl

Rosie o donnell is apparently a girl

BM0 is a boy... he's too cute to be a boy

Always thought Blue was a guy. Even some of my young relatives think Blue is a guy.

Also Terk being a girl kind of blew my mind. Don't know why I always assumed it was a young male.

BMO is both :)

...

Betty Rubble?
more like neither

Okay Tumblr

>How can anything that's not even a human not fit my conceptions of gender

Magenta being a boy is even more surprising.

They are a boy, right? Or was Blue a lesbian.

B-MO is a robot. It doesn't have a gender.
Just severe crippling identity dissonance problems.

nah, it was stated by Pen long ago, a genderless being.

I use to think that Noodle from Gorillaz, the title character from Kaeloo, Rebecca from Oscar's Orchestra, Zero from I.N.K.: Invisible Network of Kids and Blue, Magenta and Green Puppy from Blues Clues are all male.

being genderless (a robot) doesn't mean its male and female as Stated.

Older brother referred to this one as a "witch"
When i corrected him, i felt bad for knowing something like that about a girls show

Minus always looked like a boy.

>Character literally known only by a masculine pronoun
>"It's a girl, right?"

More like neither he's a machine

>ppg
>girls show

so, what is this thing's gender? It still baffled me.

This is true. BMO has called itself a boy on occasion in the show, though. So, in other words, Pen says "BMO is genderless.", but BMO wants to be a boy....

Pinocchio story dream sequence when?

If HIM was a girl it'd kind of ruin some aspect of his character I think.

According to Craig Him is just pure Evil he dosen't really have a gender the reason he looks this was is because Him represent that evil is neither man or woman, calling him well "Him" is the same way people call human as abstract concept the man.

>Tfw i have seen people saying that Him shouldn't have big parts in the nuPPG episodes because "he's" problematic because is a representation of how homosecuality is bad, they really not understand the concept even if Craig explained to them

This one still boggles my mind. I thought she as a he, and kinda still do.

It does explain that episode of Tarzan where Terk dresses as a girl. I thought he was crossdressing. That episode made me feel a bit weird.

> Episode

Happened in the movie, user

not gender, but I always thought luthor was a black guy

Did he and BTAS Harvey where suppose to be italian? because that what i always asume

I remember watching it back a few years ago and Terks mother says something like "Come on now young lady" when trying to drag her away from babby Tarzan.

It's because of lips. You can't look not gay or black with lips in comics and cartoons.

thanks!

In the old country he was called Luthorezzi

>Terk is apparently a girl

Did the author die?

Still not sure what Booger is.

>Terk is a girl
What

I don't know about that

...

Dont touch my waifu

It is now, user.

Did Tarzan ever hit that?

i am a filthy forgeiner

They always say he, but I'll never be able to see BMO as anything but a girl. Too cute, and the voice is obviously female.

Tweety Bird

Hopefully

Nermal

"She" even WAS made a girl in the dub of Garfield and Friends in this country.

How about you read the comic page you just fucking posted? It couldn't be more explicit.

how does that make any cents when there is an episode where he has a gf if i remember, or that might just be the comics.

He's alive.

>Also Terk being a girl kind of blew my mind. Don't know why I always assumed it was a young male.
Because we are too used to female non-human characters in cartoons having some kind of cue that they're girls. Eyelashes, some girly accessory like a ribbon, more prominent chest, something. Terk just looks like, well, a gorilla.

He tried but she won every fight.

Jim Davis draws kittens with eyelashes. Personally I thought Nermal being a girl made sense.

>The one episode of Tarzan the animated series where Terk had a crush on another gorilla
I thought they were gay it felt so nice having a change of pace

Me too. But there was something about his motherly ways and his thing for everything being organized.

...

Looked like one of those punk girls you'd find in double dragon. Also pink.

He looks like Billy Zane.

Thats the thing, it isnt both. Its neither. A talking gameboy has no genitalia

Always thought Shenzi was a guy.

Before I saw the movie.

you still would right?

Satan

Of course.

He's Greek (modeled on Telly Savalas). Harley is a Jew (which doesn't preclude being Italian, I used to work with an Italian Jew).

...

Samus, I always thought she was a girl, till feminists told me she was a Ms Male Character

That fucking runt from 101 Dalmatians, the series.
I still refuse to believe she isn't a boy.
Motherfucking Germany calling her "Goliath" too.

Just for the first time I saw her intro episode.
>inb4 Airazor's gender history

Cadpig?

She is so sexy that our former mod would identify this as furry porn. How could you mistake her for a boy?

Most people bring up Gali, but even after I learned she's a girl, I kept thinking that this here was a boy. That promo CD kept using masculine pronouns and I had nothing else to go by at the time.

...

Cad. Pig.
I am not that germanbro but even the name makes it hard to distinguish

Wait what? You mean Tweety wasn't a girl?

Someone here told me that cadpig is a term for runt, in other words, the smallest in the litter.

But multiple characters refer to Terk as a girl throughout the film, how could you think she was a boy?

Sup Forumsmblr, wich is actually worse fampai.

I thought Bambi was a girl until he grew up and got antlers. Then my little brain just thought "Oh Bambi was a girl and then became a boy."

nope
Blue is a male
anyone who says otherwise is lying

German name,
german voice,
no eyelashes or other things indicative of a female gender.
And before you say anything about flirting, I didn't see that many episodes.

...

Sorry for your shit dub them...

>We can't just leave and let him starve!
>>We can do anything if we try!

I didn't remember she was this dark when not angry.

>implying
But he's a girl

>german voice,
I watched the German version and never got confused. Always sounded like a bitch.

He's male. He's also supposed to represent the intelligentsia of the ussr, while the Wolf is a representation of the masses.

porn where?

>we can do anything if we try

>male
>dressed as snegurochka
>tried to charm his way out of problems
>submissive

>tfw done Zootopia before pendoses and they don't even know

>too cute to be a boy

He's named after the male word for rabbit and described using male pronouns and male adjectives in the original Russian.

meant for

>tfw never the Jane in Tarzan's life

they alternate between calling it a him and her. BMO is probably just genderless and cute.

...

Salad fingers lactates, wore a dress, and gave birth. I thought he was a girl at first

>described using male pronouns and male adjectives in the original Russian
I never noticed that, at least not as a kid, especially since the show had hardly any spoken dialog to begin with.

My grandma acted a lot like him so I always assumed he was just some old granny type

That and the light yellow color and pink, round nose kind of cemented that for me.

I had so many arguments with my sister about this and I managed to convince her that Terk was a boy. Imagine how fucking smug she was when we discovered Terk was, indeed, a female. That was in 2002. She still brings that shit up like goddamn.

Who wouldn't?

She's hot

I used to hate that dog so much as a kid because I couldn't comprehend how you could be such a sissy. It didn't even cross my mind she could be female.
