This will increase the martial of your commands, give them new leader traits, and get you new commanders. The trick here is to make your heir(s) commanders so they get basically free martial. It's super dumb.

They let people in and out of the border without checking anything (usually) but once in a while they will stop random people and ask national ID

you can travel from one country to another without even flashing your ID sometimes

The level system just lets you enchant weapons in the late game, other than that I don't think it does anything.

In ftb you can store exp as liquid exp and use an automated enchanting table to create a factory line even.
Openblocks is taking quite long to update though so the shower and drain aren't in the new infinity pack, so I'm not sure how you'd do that at the moment though.
