Socialism and Communism

Why does socialism always fail?

And why are so much autists in favor of this garbage ideology?

It's lefty garbage.

its for the far left. same applies to far right ideologies. they simply don't work for shit

Because it was created to fail.

>Why does socialism always fail?
>Why does my own government always fail?

It assumes you can get around basic human needs and desires.
Thats why you need a totalitarian state to iniate it since people don't like getting their shit stolen.

Libertarianism would be the same. If people can exploit the system they will.

Hostile enviroment.
Not realistic view of the human being and his needs.
Too much nepotism.
Too unproductive since I can't just fire the loosers but have to let them in the production + even pay for them.

>Socialism always fails
What about when it succeeds?

Revolutionary socialism fails because it's built on a culture that values private property. A communal market can't work when people place their own need before others. This culture must be abolished gradually and a communal culture instituted over the course of a couple hundred years for socialism to work.

Objective theories of value such as the cost theory of value, and the labor theory of value were universally discredited 140 years ago.

Those theories were outdated even before the USSR was created.

If labor necessity was value, then crippling the production should increase the value of the final product. Except that makes no sense.

Value is marginal and subjective. That's why it can decrease with the abundance of something, because the more valuable marginal were fulfilled, so that extra unit of consumption becomes less valuable. For example, when you are well hydrated and expect to be for as far in the future as you can think of, water will be virtually worthless for you, but when you are in a desert dying, the same amount of water will have a much higher value. Consuming water in different occasions, and in different methods, has different values.

Value being based on marginal utility is a truthful theory, and can be applied to personal fiance, corporate finance, and make room for more complex economic theories.

Picture this: applying policies on millions of people based on an Ad Hoc theory. It can only go wrong.

Socialists and communists are obsessed with discredited flawed theories. There's zero reason to believe a socialist society could ever work.

>What about when it succeeds?

we have yet to see this.

The military, police department, schools, and the fire department are all publicly funded.

...

You need money( a huge supply of Oil) for it to work as well as a single homogeneous population for it to work.

That all falls apart when 99% of lefties would have an equal amount of blacks/whites/asians etc in their country as well as make it illegal to work in the non renewable energy sector

>the military

ye for nuking people with led bullets

> police department

corrupt as fuck

>school

doesnt educated anybody

>fire department

mostly paid for nothing or relies on volunteers

World War
Mandatory Social Security number
Stacked Supreme Court
Takeover of money by foreign bankers
Gold fringe on flag
Fascist symbols in House of Congress

It's sad that so many people see all the far-left ideas so extreme because they seem so "unreasonable" and "far-fetched", when in reality we could easily get there with the right time and effort and be in a much better position.

Hitchins covers this in his articles, the new trend of young leftys that never grow up

It's founded on a flawed assumption of humanity's character. It requires people not to be lazy, greedy, envious or ambitious.

Because people like to have nice shit and socialism is shit when it comes to property rights. Because you generally need to use a lot of violence or the threat of violence to take people's nice shit away. Because there is no internal mechanism for determining the value of things, and not all things are of equal value.

If they were all private institutes would that get rid of these issues?
