If Solec is smart he will take control over the group now as everybody is fighting. He only has to wait until everyone is injured and then beat the strongest of the iinjured.

It kinda works like Dwarf fortress. You dont tell them directly what to do. You give orders on what to bild. But only people with matching skills will do if ressources available.

But you can move them if they draft their weapons. Just to make sure they dont shoot themself.
