Has anyone else seen the movies? Read through the comics? I recently watched through most of the movies (except Neverbeast) and sure, while they weren't as good as the recent Disney films, there were certainly a lot better than what you might expect with "little girl cartoons" in the U.S.
Does anybody know a good place to find the comics? I'd like to check them out, to see if they are worth picking up.
There was a thread with comic links a while back. The western comics, not the manga.
David Ramirez
Really? Do you remember which one it was? A brief look through the archive didn't bring up a Tinkerbell thread and the Disney threads didn't seem to be about comics.
Do you happen to remember which thread it was?
I guess I'll be digging into the storage site for the links, then. Thanks for mentioning them.
Gavin Smith
Sorry, I don't have the old links.
Isaiah Young
That's okay. I'll take some time to hunt them down, and see if I can find something.
Levi Stewart
A friendly reminder. Vidia > All
Daniel White
>except Neverbeast Neverbeast is pretty good. I'd say give it a watch, it's up there with SotW and Pirate Fairy for me. The films are pretty fun watches, as you said, nothing special but I enjoyed them.
It's a shame they got cancelled but it is what it is
Ryan King
I want a crossover.
Luke Bell
This doesn't much look like Epic.
I'm planning on checking it out, but in the place where I found the other movies, Neverbeast was gone. I'll just need to do a bit of hunting to locate it.
Michael Martinez
I dig them ears and general slenderness. Both are Disney, but it seems as though there is at least 100 years separating Pixie Hollow and Strange Magic.
I think I might have images for some of the comics as well, if anyone is interested.
Christian Parker
Always interested in images.
David Collins
Alright, well let me get something to eat. Then we can storytime for a bit.
Landon Jackson
Fair warning: I'm posting these shortly after I'm saving them, so I have not read all them yet. I make no claims to their quality, good or no.

Yep, looks like the thread is going down. Probably too much solitary OP posting.

That's probably going to be it, too, if the thread isn't going to stay alive. Ah well.
Thanks again for pointing me in the right direction to find them.
Xavier Barnes
At some point, the comics stopped being original stories, and just started cloning the films. Kinda tragic to have happen.
Adrian Johnson
It's probably on KissCartoon if you don't mind >streaming
Jaxon Evans
They got canceled??? Wtf?!
Joshua Watson
They took a long break between films, and then used the resulting lul in toy sales as an excuse to divert Tink's resources over to the Planes franchise.
Anthony Harris
Then they shut down the Planes franchise shortly after, didn't they?
Honestly when I first saw Planes I thought it was some shitty Cars knockoff made by some small time studio hoping to cash in on Cars success. It wasn't until someone told me it's from Disney did I realise they were milking it themselves. Suffice to say, I hadn't seen much of Planes, it just came across that way
Jackson Sullivan
I've been watching them all by streaming up to this point, so I don't mind that. I'll probably give them a break for a month or so after seeing Neverbeast, and watch through them again to see if they're something I'd want to pick up.
>inb4 buying They're something like $12 each on Amazon, and that's for the DVD/Bluray/digital versions. If it turns out I like them more than just a small passing fad, that's a decent price for them.
Henry Taylor
Yeah KissCartoon will have it then. They don't like AdBlock so just click "play in device browser" under the video before you get the message telling you to disable it.
Neverbeast is a nice send off honestly
Isaiah Nelson
The Planes movies are pretty bad, but I will say that the second film had gorgeous backdrops.
Leo Torres
The Tinkerbell films had some nice backdrops too, maybe it was their work
Caleb Clark
The final Tink film was 80% landscape porn.
Grayson Parker
Well then. We seem to have picked up some people, so let's go with the next chapter!

>work more of the book fairies into future films Maybe some day? After all, Tinkerbell wasn't Pixar, but it wasn't a terrible franchise. They might get the idea to start working on it again.
Then again, between Disney Princesses and the Palace Pets, that might be quite a wait...

I think that will be it for me tonight, though. If you want the threads where I found these, I'll just post them here. Other than that, if the thread is up tomorrow morning somehow, I can post more.
Not a problem. Hope you enjoyed what I got around to posting.

Oh hey, a fairies thread. Feels like ages since we've had one of these. And somebody's already shared my ebooks mega... cool. I didn't rip them but I hope people enjoy them.

These fairies look like they've just been sold into slavery.
Sexy slavery. I love it.
Owen Thomas
Only seen the one with Periwinkle. Did she appear in any other flicks?
Aiden Roberts
She appeared, but never really with a major role
If I'm not mistaken there were only 2 more after that one
Luke Young
Thanks for that, i will have to search around for them.
Asher Gomez
I liked Rani's Wings, but felt like it was the only one out of all these stories that really did much. Sure, they're all quite cute, but I was hoping for a bit more.
The fact that Periwinkle is a winter fairy while the others are not probably limits what they can do with her quite a bit. They couldn't have her running around with the rest of the cast without frosting everybody else's wings or doing something to preserve Peri's.
For the films, she appears in The Pirate Fairy. She gets a few more lines than a background character, but outside establishing who she is for the audience, she doesn't really do anything. Haven't seen Neverbeast yet (that's a goal for the day) but she probably has a similar role.
Brandon Jenkins
I'm surprised to see this thread still alive! Well, let's wrap up the past book in that case, for completionist's sake if nothing else.
