The new RABA Research tracking poll shows Hillary Clinton has opened a significant lead over Donald Trump, now leading him by 15 points, 46% to 31%, with Gary Johnson at 7% and Jill Stein sits at 2%.
A similar poll conducted the day after the Republican convention showed Clinton ahead by only five points.

The Raba and the Reuters are the only national post-convention polls to come out yet. There was a PA state poll mid-convention that was H+9
Every polling outlet has accounted for Trump's convention boost by now because it was two weeks ago. Silver's thing is an algorithm that doesn't assume immediately post-convention is different from any other time at all

A lot of emphasis in the military is placed on daily rituals and chores which help sharpen a soldier's discipline, as well as keeps them in a tight daily regimen. From day one in basic combat training, you're taught to make a bed "the Army way". If you're sleeping on a bare mattress, you're not technically making your bed "the Army way", thus your gear is out of Army regs and so are you. You're just completely fucking your military bearing and self-discipline. Plus, there will be plenty of soldiers using those mattresses once you leave training, and they don't want your sweating, stinking body making it all gross. It's not easy to clean a mattress.
