The would have to do something similar to this. I don't think it's nothing unique.
It's really organized and all. Maybe it would be more chaotic in some other places, but I don't see this as being some amazing feat.

I don't think that can be done in every case, especially when the tunnels merges to heavy traffic. You would have to put the ambulance in some danger by going against the flow of traffic.
But then that begs the question. Why didn't they do that?
