Intelligence is statistically distributed by a gaussian with blacks having their peak 10-15 points below that of white. That also mean that there are, of course, blacks more intellegent then white, just not on average.

You should look into the ways of the IMF and the World Bank, putting everyone into debt slavery. Socialism is only one small part of the problem. And if these countrys refuse aid from the IMF then there are other ways to "convince" them.
There are enough tests that can be done to compare different races which also show clear differences. One example would be self-recognition in front of a mirror. White children recognize themself in a mirror at 5-6 month old while black children (the ones from the "bad" regions of africa) do that at 3-4yo.
