No. Only citizens have rights. And even then a person only has rights when their government is obligated to defend those rights with military force by law. The Leftists like to project rights onto noncitizens as a way to buy votes. "Vote for us and we'll give you all these benefits" while voting for the Right won't reward them in such a way. They use this same tactic in California, where I live. Real American Californians are dominantly Right, but the Leftists managed to remove voter id laws. Lo and behold, after removing voter ID laws we have been plagued by Leftist leaders and Leftist Policies. And its worth noting that Texas and North Carolina have just repealed voter ID laws. These 3 States have the highest numbers of illegals. Coincidence, right?

The US Supreme Court went much farther than Trump when it upheld FDR's internment of Japanese citizens during WWII. Korematsu has been upheld and citing numerous times. Basically, times of war justify deference to Congress and the military. en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Korematsu_v._United_States
