I eat only 1000-1200 kcal a day and I weigh like 46kg desu
I can eat at least 1600 calories a day. Currently around 70kg (154 pounds), 5'10". Aiming for the 60-63kg (132-138 pounds) range.

That's about as much as I eat every day but I'm also on a cut. I started at 180lbs and now I'm at about 165lbs. Hoping to get close to 155-160lbs for that lean definition.
