Argus was... not a bad character concept.
Donnie Brasco with multispectrum vision and meld into shadows is a pretty neat hook, but it doesn't fit the name Argus at all. And his look is pretty generically 90s.
Still, he seems like he could have pulled off at least a miniseries or something.
