Start with all you delayed, you're already one year behind. Don't wait around and think "I'll join the gym when I have more time" or what other thought you have. Start working out at home with body weight and if you are. Stop with all the junk food, the first bite will always taste like the last. Starting working on a driving license if you don't have one yet. Go get those oil paints and canvas, try drawing like you wanted. Sit down and read that book you've been thinking about, even if it's just for an hour. Maybe try cooking. Clean up the house if it's tidy. Try to do something productive every day. I just threw out some things out there, don't know what's your situation. Maybe you really don't have time with two part time jobs and post on Sup Forums during night shifts, but you're probably just a sad youngster.
