Wrong. When someone sues another party, bankruptcy is a pawn on a chessboard. The party that was sueing gawker is probably asking for exobinit amounts of money. Filing for bankruptcy puts a hold on the party sueing from getting that money. That money is paid to lawyers and other court fees. The longer he withholds that money the bigger chance that the party sueing him will resettle for a smaller ammount to cover court fees and lawyer fees. Honestly thinking a company or individual is over because of bankruptcy is stupid.
