Jesus Christ she is so shitty, the best example of a character who can only develop backwards or not at all. At this point the only way to salvage her is to reboot her into a generic anime tsundere princess with some kind of powers of some sort and have her develop from there.
Its would be a major improvement over her boring ass personality on top of making her fit in with the other one trick pony characters defined by their quirks/abilities and all the fuckboys will love it since we now live in a waifu age of media.
