Some Koreans immigrate (mostly immigration by investment) there before Brexit and so cuz they can have cheap EU tuition in the UK by immigrating to one of the EU countries.

Also, a good # of Koreans go there for medical school and then later work as doctors in Germany or so

I pay attention to some of the politics since I was raised Hungarian, but ive never really been back in the political loop since I got my citizenship from the foreign national program a few years ago. They called me back to vote, but I decided since I was never a permanent resident, I shouldn't have a say in the country's politics. Also, half my family is székely, so really I'm only half a Hungarian national anyway

Also there's a huge Hungarian community in Southern and Central Ontario, as well as having pockets around the Northeast and flyover states. Toronto especially has a really large Hungarian community, and there's even Hungarian courses/schools you can take all the way up to university, counting as foreign language credits run by the community centers. According to Wikipedia, there are 163500 self-reported Hungarians in Ontario, I'd say that's a sizeable amount.

You probably couldn't tell. Historically, Hungary was originally a Ugric tribe that intermingled with Turkics, then Slavs, then Germanics, then Turks, and then Russians. There's a little bit of everything in there, and you can't really identify them by appearance.

In the US, I've noticed people often americanize by the next generation, i.e. the children of immigrants have English last names and by the third generation often don't even speak the language. While integration is important, up here we keep a lot of cultural values that would otherwise be lost. This often works the opposite way though, as there's numerous problems in the Hungarian community that I've noticed, namely people coming here for years and only learning enough English to buy groceries, and never being invested in their new home. This might also be because Hungarians are stubborn foolish fucks, both in a positive and a negative sense.

But the Netherlands had proposed many plans to counter the refugee crisis. Our government for example proposed to make camps outside of europe. And let a maximum of 140k refugees into Europe. And reject anyone who illegally enters Europe.

Our government has also proposed making a new Schengen zone (so badically new internal bordere) with only The Benelux, Germany and Austria. So Italy can choke on its refugees. But Germany didnt like that plan.
