Should be camping out near a memorial. Not a place for people to be chilling out and goofing off, it's there to pay respects to people who lost their lives. If you're going to go there to catch a pokemon, do it quietly and respectfully, not laughing hysterically, yelling about pokemon in the area, running around, or do anything hooligany. It's a simple concept. If you want to camp out for a while, pick a place that isn't a 2 second walking distance to a memorial, do it out of the way people are there to pay respect to others.
