I dont think enough attention is being brought up on NATO anti-ballistic missile systems in Poland and Romania along with sea based platforms, which severely pose a threat to Russian nuclear capabilities, giving the US and NATO an upper hand and the capability to use their nukes first before the ruskies can do anything. As a result the russians have been developing quick and more capable offensive nuke platforms and systems. We've been in new arms race ever since the US left the AMB treaty in 2002 and Russia left the START II treaty in response. The power balance in europe is wack and scary right now.
