Also go to Faraya in the mountains, very upscale and beautiful. High end chalets, good drinks, exotic cars, ski resorts, exotic cars.
For a traditional vibe go to Hammena or other small Christian villages. Authentic food, cheap smoke, cheap drinks, beautiful air and gorgeous mountain view.
Stay away from Bekaa
For a historical experience go to Byblos, thousand year old ruins and castles.
