Would you live here?

would you live here?

being able to use a pool all the time is very appealing and the streets looks good to go for a run on with little to worry about.

Never. Looks like a complete nightmare.
>pic related, my view

Only if there's no reasonable alternative.

It is basically the same as my neighborhood.

Typical suburb, but everyone has enough disposable income to modify their house to look somewhat unique. Gradually over time the houses start to look completely different.

The streets are also double-wide to accommodate extra cars parked on the curb.
Although my suburb also has a tree line between the curb and the sidewalk

No. Living that close to others removes the entire point of owning a house if you ask me.

The very reason I purchased my home here in the woods is because of that, no neighbors.
If I wanted to live that close to others I would just get an apartment.

>The streets are also double-wide
how pedestrian-friendly
kids must feel like living in a prison

I don't see a single store or anything else in walking distance. So, no.

It is the size of these houses that always surprise me. I bet they all have fully done basements with multiple bathrooms and garages. Maybe I just live somewhere poor but I just do not see that kind of thing here.
This I like being able to walk to restaurants and stores.

>would you live here?
>house after house after house
>fake smiles, petty arguments and annoying people everywhere
>everyone competing about having the nicest lawn

That is literally my idea of hell. See that shit in movies and I get the shivers every time.
When I buy my house in a few years my only requirement is that there is no neighbors for at least a kilometer or two.

No, too hot.

that one guy with fucking sand in his backyard

As long as there's no HOA absolutely. Suburbs are comfy as fuck.

Just don't want to be shit on by busybody neighbors because my grass is too high, or my cars parked in the driveway.

I'd shoot myself if I had to

No, lawns are too high maintenance, rock landscaping is best.

Little boxes on the hillside,
Little boxes made of ticky tacky
Little boxes on the hillside,
Little boxes all the same,
There's a pink one and a green one
And a blue one and a yellow one
And they're all made out of ticky tacky
And they all look just the same.

nope

You'd probably shoot everyone else too. Its burgurstani culture

It would be the merciful thing to do.

No because I don't like the idea of a 30 year mortgage

I'm a rual retard, not a suburb retard

what is HOA?

I am guessing he's talking about a housing association.

Basically in a suburb, if one person's house looks bad it screws up everyone else's property values. So suburbs usually have contracts which force homeowners to keep their grass manicured, their house painted and in good condition....etc.

Otherwise, they throw you out of the neighborhood

Home owners association. I don't know how anyone can live in one and not feel like an absolute slave.

this looks so depressing

>everything looks the same
>soulless and dull
>wooden houses
>probably don't even have basements
>retarded road layout
>supermarkets, doctors and stuff are kilometers far away
>being cucked by the only available ISP
>no gardens
>wasteful and useless front yards
>a few desperate "trees" here and there
>living in the desert with unbearable climate
>waiting for the annual tornado season
>waiting for the next lethal earthquake
3.5/10 because it looks fairly new built

>no public transport
