I've never seen any of these movies but I know they are all trash.

I missed Brian in the last movie. I can't relate to any of the other non-whites characters.

2, 3 and 4 were all pretty bad, especially the guy they used in Tokyo Drift had the worst hick accent ever

I think the series has the same trajectory as the Mission Impossible films. A good first entry, takes a dip the next few, then finds a good spot it settles in.

Tokyo Drift was the last one I watched, never had an interest in the series after that but I'd rather it 1>3>2

Okay:

5 was better than 6 because I thought Rio de Janeiro made for a much more visually appealing setting than drab old London, it marked the first movie where they assembled their crew and the ending was more satisfying.

Haven't seen F8 yet.
