I say there is nothing leftover in your brain
Lost 2.0
It's already fading from my memory
BRAVO DAMON
>It's already fading from my memory
as is damons career.
The is near end?
Shit show with great acting, an awesome main character, and a cool idea behind it. The show had no idea what it wanted to be and suffered from Prometheus style writing.
What's your favorite scene from the show?
It's top 5 greatest shows all time with arguably the best writing. You're a moron with garbage taste
>arguably the best writing
>mentally ill sperg has some weird sperg vendetta against a writer he's never met
>therefore anything he writes is automatically bad using alt right sperg logic no matter how objectively brilliant it is
What is it with internet aspies and Damon Lindelor?
because everything he touches turns to shit? the first season of this show is fine and written well enough because it's based off the book, after that lindelof takes over and it turns into typical lindelof hackery
Season 1 was great but season 2 and 3 were literally flawless, mainly because of the perfect writing.
dude kevin is jesus let the myster be lmao
mediocre and disappointing show to be honest, just look at how everyone has forgotten about it already. of course that's no surprise considering its Lindelof
Every single time you speds are alt right babies. It's truly amazing how consistent your delusional behavior is, along with your shitty fallacious arguments. I hope you get cancer.
Jill and Aimee should have bigger screen time being cute cockteases.
Show really lacked in this department imo
what does the alt right have to do with fucking anything?
master of none season 2 is objectively better than the leftovers season 3 in both critic and audience ratings according to rotten tomatoes
I liked the series 2bh, but that finale was LOST all over again
It was a perfect ending somehow, it had something for everyone. MUH ANSWERS babies can choose to believe Nora, and there's also a decent argument that she was lying.
The Leftovers has a higher average rating, 9.75/10 from top critics.
I've fallen in love with Justin Theroux. I had no idea that it was him Mulholland Drive and Zoolander.
t. walking pleb fan
>0.36% better than master of none
at least the top critics agree these two shows are in the same league :)
Justin gives me hope as a fellow balding man
He's balding?
pretty sure he got a hair transplant
t. plebian
That's not exactly true. The first season clearly wanted to be a meditation on the stages of grief through character study.
But this went entirely over lindelof's head. So the second and third seasons were a cliffnotes edition of LOST
Sets up GR being a huge deal, not much happens, sets up GR taking over miracle, they have a silent protest and just walk in, season 3 just drops a quick bomb kills every GR member, nbd don't mention it again.
I was honestly disappointed there was no "LEFTOVERS S03E09 LIVE THREAD PREGAME GET IN HERE" thread.
maybe someone will do that this week
>sped talks out of his ass
It was a collaboration between Lindelof and the author the entire time. He fully understands the material, if you actually bothered to educate yourself before forming your "opinion," you buffoon.
>S03E07 was perfect and would've been a perfect way to end the series
>S03E08 happens
>lindelof understands the material!!
>just about all stages of grief callbacks vanish as soon as the book material is finished
uh huh
Because the show isn't about "stages of grief," that's just one aspect of it. One of the shittiest non-opinions I've ever read, you're retarded
reminder nora was lying out her fucking ass
if you believe she actually crossed over you're retarded
>sped
care to explain this maymay clearly no one but you is attempting to force?
It's about, grief, and magic, and explosions, and yelling, and Jesus, and not Jesus, oh it wasn't magic....or was it??? And hotels.!
the first season is built entirely around the stages of grief. Literally everything calls back to it or is a reference to it.
The second and third season drop this entirely.
>meme
I'm calling you special ed because you're fucking retarded, not everything is a meme you inane brainwashed cunt.
If Nora was lying then why did Kevin's afterlife land have the same idea that 2% live in a world where 98% disappeared. It's been proven that Kevin's magic afterlife land has truth too it.
by definition, literally everything is a meme.
You've officially put more thought into the series than lindelof.
>drop this entirely
You mean the characters have character progression and their circumstances change? What the fuck kind of criticism is this, you're complaining that they didn't just do a repeat of the first season?

Can't find Patty's jeopardy speech.
You realize there's hours and hours of content on youtube where lindelof talks about his thought process behind essentially every decision put into the show, and also his love for the source material?
How did Lindelof develop this following of schizophrenic haters that invent their own fake version of reality just to complain about him? He legitimately has what are basically groupies, except the groupies slander him instead. Reminds me of Star Wars fans.
>How did Lindelof develop this following of schizophrenic haters
It's literally one sperg who shows up to Leftovers threads with the same arguments every time.
>You realize there's hours and hours of content on youtube where lindelof talks about his thought process behind essentially every decision put into the show, and also his love for the source material?
im sorry but is this special or something? even the writers of the walking dead do this....
>a bullshit artist who's completely up his own ass can spout hours of bullshit
amazing
this is moot though, his career is over.
>just wrote the greatest show of all time according to many critics
>career over
lmao
the greatest show of all time that was cancelled and lower viewership than into the badlands
It wasn't cancelled, the story ended.
>low viewership
This doesn't matter, HBO supported the show knowing it wouldn't appeal to the dumb masses and teenagers
The Wire did shit in viewership numbers as well. Bad argument.
>the wire
>good
lindelof wore out his kneepads to get another season and they cut him back to 8 episodes when he submitted a script that would deal with kevin's forbidden tatoos.
Your opinion is shit.
david simon's career is still going strong based off his successes with the wire. They don't just let anyone make five season shows about cities they like.
If lindelof was going to get another job as a result of the leftovers, he'd have an IMDB credit by now.
>kevin's forbidden tatoos
BRAVO LINDELOF
all this fucking kino
>If lindelof was going to get another job as a result of the leftovers, he'd have an IMDB credit by now.
Or he could be taking a break after his TV series he has been writing for 3+ years has ended.....
I don't even think Lindelof is that great I think he was just kept in check for the most part on The Leftovers but, do you seriously think he won't find another job? He wrote one of the most successful TV shows of all time and The Leftovers was a hit with critics.
r-right hes on a b-break! Hes p-perfectly fine just on a break haha a break that's going to last the rest of his life haha
literally this
still can't get over how much of a disappointment episode 8 was. the show should've ended with laurie killing herself (diving) and nora getting into the machine. that along with the nuke and other shit would've showed how crazy the world got after the departure and how far people were willing to go for some closure. no explanation needed.
instead we got
>MUH HEART CONDITION
even after lost he could barely find work, and lost was a huge success. he's done
this was lindelofs last shot and he failed miserably. the leftovers was a financial failure that no one watched while a bunch of random critics no one cares about praised it.
Great show I cried when it ended
>a bunch of random critics
Every critic. Literally everyone with an opinion that matters loved the show. The fact that it lacked mass appeal only further proves how good it was.
>critics
>everyone with an opinion that matters
lol. critics are not the ones hiring people to write tv shows. lindelof is finished.
> tfw no autistic finlandfu gf
