I predict he'll have little screen time, hardly ever wear a costume, and ultimately disappear for no reason after leaving it vague if he dies or not.

Ollie fucks around for twenty episodes while Felicity is emotionally abusive. They kill and/or completely change the new characters, while Ollie lectures them on not killing and the power of love.
