American Hustle reboot

Ghostbusters

>forcing women to choose between taking revenge for how men treated Fembusters and promoting this as their dream movie

Diabolical.

Bale is a ruthless business tycoon, who's trying to take over some large business deal ruthlessly like. Jackman is his right hand man, a violent brute, who does most of the dirty work for Bale.

McConaughey is a corrupt city official, who has a drug and hooker addiction. Bale is obviously using this to get his way.

That dude in the right corner is drunken detective, who by happenstance gets on their tail while being assigned on a case of a dead girl found from a harbor.

Name of the flick "Lay of the Land"

>That dude in the right corner
so its not just me who have no idea who that is

McConaughey as Bill Murray
Jackman as Dan Akryold
Cooper as Egon
Bale wears a black face as Winston, his method acting requires him to prep for the role by living as a black guy 5 months prior to shooting wearing black face

Matty is an aging community college student who gets hazed by the other aging community college students (Huge, Bale and Coop)

Features lots of gay hazing rituals. Thriller.

'Broken'
The film takes place in the very early years of 1900's California.

Jackman plays an aging outlaw on the run from authorities for years and hiding out in the town of Outlast where he hopes at last to leave his old life behind him
Cooper plays a young reporter from up north desperate to make his name by capturing the spirit of the almost dead Frontier
Bale plays the town's sheriff; an exhausted, worn down man destroyed by years of hard living and growing government encroachment
Mcconaughey plays a newly promoted federal agent sent by Washington to track down and extinguish the last of the old breed of outlaws

The conflict of the film will take place between the sheriff and the agent as the former feels the latter is undermining his authority and doesn't understand how things really work down there. This conflict will take place alongside the tension the outlaw character faces as he seeks to avoid both the eye of the sheriff and the agent sent to arrest him. Through all of this the reporter will interview each of these three men in turn and unwittingly tip off both the sheriff and agent as to the outlaw's whereabouts.

I have a bit more in mind but that's all so far.

they literally look identical

Reboot of Face Off
they are an FBI agent (Matt), an Internal Affairs agent in search of a mole (Bale), the gang leader (Hugh), and his undercover FBI lieutenant (Cooper)

The gang leader (Hugh) takes the FBI agent's face (Matt) to find out who the undercover agent is. The Internal affairs agent (Bale) takes the gang leaders face (Hugh) to find out if there is a mole. The undercover agent (Cooper) takes the internal affairs agent face (Bale) to clear his name, and the FBI agent (Matt) takes the undercover FBI agent (Cooper) to take down the syndicate. A case of mistaken identity causes the the FBI agent (Cooper as Matt) to kill a the supposed gang leader, (Hugh as Bale), only to find it to be an IA guy. In order to escape prosecution, he switches faces with him, so he is now posing as the IA agent posing as the gang leader (Hugh as Bale as Matt). Meanwhile, the gang leader (Matt as Hugh) finds out about his death, and kills who he thinks is an Internal affairs guy (Cooper as Bale) and takes HIS face, posing as an FBI agent posing as a mole (Cooper as Bale as Hugh) to get the man who he thinks tried to kill him.

Call it Face/Off/Off/Off/Off

Has The Hangover really been that long ago?

Fuck, reminds me of the first Resident Evil movie where there are like four white guys with the same haircut.

Hangover Part 4

get rid of bale for someone younger and put them in a sons of katie elder remake.

"Rudd's War"

This WWII period drama centers around Rudd (Mathew Mcchonaughy), foreman of a war effort munitions factory, and his interactions between his abrasive, alcoholic brother (Christian Bale), his demanding out of touch boss (jackman) and his wisecracking best friend and coworker (Bradley cooper). Rudd, a struggling single father learns to cope with his complex situation as a single father and sole breadwinner of his young children while struggling with the realities of war, death, and the human condition. Directed by David Fincher.

teenage mutant ninja turtles

You know Bale is younger than both Matt Mac and Jackman right?

All four gang bang Tyra banks

cast these guys

>theyre not allowed to be related

Love Actually 3
A new-age romantic comedy starring 4 closeted homosexual and pedosexual men coming to grips with their true sexuality in a burgeoning sexually progressive world. While Bale and Cooper, both adulterous with each other and deeply in love outside of their heterosexual marriages wrestle with their shame and newfound repressed freedom, Jackman plays the grooming pedosexual of McConaughey's son, whom eventually joins in with the precocious love triangle.

I'd watch it

I swear every movie I always get Matthew McConaughey and Bradley Cooper confused, even to this day.
But when I see them compared they look very different.
Then I see one of them in a movie and guess the wrong guy.

>prep for the role by living as a black guy 5 months
So the movie will never be made? Bale will be arrested and in prison.

an all male cast remake of this movie

the guy in the middle looks like a villain

...

I'd watch this kino

absolute kino

Hugh Jackman is a vampire overlord, he is a scientist who invented a cure for "humanity", Cooper is also a vampire doctor in a famos hospital, he is responsible that humans would be infected with the cure. Bale and Conaughey are two FBI Agents (one is a funny playboy (Bale) and one is a broken man because his wife - spoiler - became a vampire) who are now facing a case where multiple people change and behave very aggressive and violent. In the end everyone is a vampire and there is no aggression or violence, so it was a cure for humanity but humanity works best when everyone is the same.

Awesome!

>Bale is a ruthless business tycoon
>Jackman is his right hand man

i think the other way around fits better

A secret cult society about everything dubs-related.
Of course Bale is the leader.

To expand on this further:
>Sheriff and Agent argue over whose jurisdiction the outlaw comes under
>While arguing outlaw ends up getting away
>They pursue him and bond a little over the journey
>Eventually corner him at a safehouse of his
>To their shock they find that they in turn were pursued by members of the outlaw's old gang who want him for money he owes them
>Sheriff, agent and outlaw forced to temporarily ally with one another as they hold off against the gang and eventually run them off, saving each other's lives in the process
>Sheriff is wounded in the fighting and ends up succumbing to his wounds
>Agent escorts outlaw back to town before releasing him
>Gives sheriff's badge badge to reporter
>Reporter goes back north and writes that the outlaw died in the shootout alongside the sheriff, and that the West died with them

I always take screencaps of threads like this in hopes that some day in future a film similar or very close to Sup Forums bros good taste suggestions

Keep it up user

Prestige 2: Batman vs Logan vs Rocket Racoon vs Adam Warlock

The Expendables 4.

Toss in Idris Elba so we can get a black guy in there, and Sharlto Copley just because nobody's ever heard of him.

Face/Off 2: Face/Offer

The same movie but it's buddy cops vs. buddy arms dealers.

A romantic comedy that focuses on the romantic exploits of one guy.
Told through the lens of each of his love interests.
Each of the love interests see something special but that special something is different to each of them.
So naturally all three of them play the role of the same guy.

Three Musketeers. Cooper ar D'artagnan

Bale is the real character

FUCKING WHITE MALES

That's Matt Damon you idiot.

A male version of charlies angels.

Marx brothers biopic

IDRIS ELBA BIOPIC

IN 4 ACTS, THEY TAKE TURNS

IN BLACKFACE

Minnesota, 1973

Cooper attends his estranged dad's(Jeff Bridges? Dunno) funeral, where he meets Jackman, an enigmatic fellow who convinces him to move to Miami on account of his dad's secrets.

Cooper's dad was a construction developer and rose to be a major player in the zone in the sixties, with Jackman as his right hand man.

But The Brothers (McConaughey and Bale), one a politician, the other a businessman, usurped his father's position and assassinated him.

Jackman wants to make a man out of Cooper, show him the biz and make him claim the properties of his late father, as he is the only legitimate son, to strike back at the Brothers.

Movie stuff movie stuff, bonding between Jackman and Cooper, plot developement developement

In the final scenes, after they've exposed the Brothers to the press and Cooper has rose to his late father's position, Jackman takes a retaliation bullet for Cooper and reveals in his death breath that he was an illegitimate son of Cooper's dad from a prior marriage and is glad his half-brother has stood up to be as good as his father

Something like dat, I guess

Why the fuck are you using spoiler tags? It's not a real movie.

MGS movie
Jackman - Solidus/Big Boss
Bale - Solid
McConaughey - Liquid.
Cooper - Venom

Why would Venom be in a MGS movie with Solid and Liquid? How could this possibly work?

>It's not a real movie.
You wait.

Flashback about Solid Talking about killing "BB" in MG1.

DEADLY DETECTIVES.
Tagline: they solve every case...with violence.

Four burnt out detectives who share a passion for alcohol must now step outside of the law when their favorite pub is suddenly destroyed. Not believing in a mere accident, these men must now dispense their brand of alcohol fueled justice.

Hugh jackman as Dave Dongstrong
Christian Bale as Brock Hard
Matthew mcaughney as Brendan Froster
And this other guy whose name I forgot as Lance Armlong

Gangster Squad, but actually interesting and stylish, not garbage.

Isn't Bale a little old for that? Who would you have playing young Solid?

True Detective Season 3, private detectives (Bale and Cooper) versus Government-funded detectives (Jackman and Mcconaughey)

Season Title : True Detective 3: janus' Certitude

Are you writing this as a fully-fledged screenplay? I'd like to see it made.

It's just one of several movie ideas I have in my head. I wouldn't even know where to begin writing a screenplay to be honest, man.

They're 4 brothers trained in martial arts by their master. Each is trained in a specific weapon they use and are trying to find their master that was captured by an evil ninja clan in New York City

Oh, also they really like to eat a certain type of food. I don't know... something like pizza.

>janus' Certitude
What the fuck does this even mean?

Not him but screenplays seem pretty easy to write. Like when I read one I get the impression the guy just bullshits it as he goes along. They're very casually written.

But what do people do with screenplays? What are you supposed to do when you've written one?

play it, duh

Send it off to the studios. That's what Damon and Affleck did with Good Will Hunting and look where they are now.

Get some screenwriting books if you don't know the principles of screenwritng. Also if you want to sell them get an agent or join a guild or something.

I reckon you could pull it off if you are inclined to enter the industry.

While that sounds all well and good, don't you need qualifications or a degree to get people to actually notice you or is it like writing a book where you don't need any of that shit?

both macconaguehuehuehue and bradley "i'm not gay" cooper have played small furry cgi creatures so that's a good start

Yeah. I quit film school because I knew I was paying tens of thousands of dollars for a meme degree. It's all about building a portfolio, regardless of whether or not you have a degree. James Cameron, Christopher Nolan, Stanley Kubrick, Quentin Tarantino, Peter Jackson, didn't have any formal film education, and they turned out to have fruitful careers.

Easy. A DC vs Marvel movie.

Jackman - Wolverine
Bale - Batman
Cooper - Rocket
McConaughey - Superman

Fill in the dark tone & quip fest yourself.

>old
Solid ages fast though. He already starts getting "age hasn't been kind to you" in MG2 or MGS1.

Yeah, but I still don't think Bale is young enough for young Snake. I guess you could de-age him with CGI like Disney's been doing, if you want to go in that direction.

Scott Eastwood l.

>these 4 are studying accounting or law or some other white middle age shit at a univeristy or law firm or some shit and they solve a crime or commit a crime or some shit

Wild Hog3s by Disney

American Psychos

They don't even look alike other than hair colour. 3 and 4 also have significantly different eye colours.

If you seriously can't tell them apart or think they look similar, you might be a chink or something.

i would have them all play the same character and switch between them on different scenes to show a different perspective of the character
the movie would be like separate stories of the same character from different perspectives and the character did some crazy shit and people are like remembering the event or remembering him before the event happened or something

How to Lose a Prestige in One Hangover

nice

I'm pretty sure I've seen something that did exactly that.

The Holy Bible?

Alternate History were the Beatles were hot working-class men from the American midwest and not British.

Something like Cloud Atlas where they all play a bunch of different roles with some impressive makeup and costuming.

...

im not really sure i just made it up but maybe im ripping some shit off subconsciously

*Opens only in three theaters nationwide*

>building a portfolio
But that's the problem user. I don't want to sound like a whiny faggot but I don't live in the US, have no film experience and have no contacts in the industry. Even if I did somehow manage to cobble together a screenplay I don't know how I could get it out there.

Queer Eye for the Straight Guy - The Fabulously Fierce Film
