been there last month for 2 weeks, not comprehensive but had a good view, talked to a lot of locals/foreigners living there.
Considered to emigrate there myself.
Of course scandinavian working society blabla, racialy homogeneous, no crime, wealth and social benefits etc...
BUT :
- very hard to integrate due to mentality & language & mb even racism
- very very harsh climate, 22 dark hours can get u to commit suicide
- limited social interaction due to small population, outside of rejkyavik its almost empty
- limited job opportunities
