name one that doesn`t come from a CN show

>villain and his minions fighting main character
>one of the minions is launched far away
>wilhelm scream

>it's an animatrix parody

I laughed my ass off in the theater when this happened. Nowadays it just makes me cringe and I don't see what was so funny about it in the first place. It was just "hey, you know that thing from that movie? Here it is." There's no humor behind it.

>VHS tape for animated movie in the UK
>MUUUUUUM ITS NO GOOD, THE PICTURES ALL FUNNY

Thanks for listening *tick*

>"hey, you know that thing from that movie? Here it is." There's no humor behind it.
Like all those "spoof" movies and the Nostalgia Critic films?

>It was just "hey, you know that thing from that movie? Here it is." There's no humor behind it.

Congratulations on learning the hallmark of shitty comedy. Better late than never!

>MFW watching that episode when it premiered, having had seen the Animatrix before hand.

It was so surreal, I honestly thought I was dreaming.

I just noticed that they left Ross's nose its original size.

Even Conker's Bad Fur Day had a Matrix parody. I love that game to death, but Jesus Christ, that probably dated the game more than anything else

>that moment when after the lights go out he stands tall
Hype as fuck.

...And the final boss that was literally just the last scene from Alien didn't do that?

alternatively
>trailer for live action family comedy
>I GET KNOCKED DOWN, BUT I GET UP AGAIN. YOU ARE NEVER GONNA KEEP ME DOWN

At least now its Saving Private Ryan parody looks downright timely compared to Sausage Party doing it in 2016.

Not to mention the opening scene being a direct recreation of the opening scene of A Clockwork Orange.

Well at least Clockwork Orange had been out long enough to prove that it had stood the test of time with that one. It's not so much pop culture so much as general culture by that point.

This one was pretty cool. youtu.be/b4c-yPu1lIo

srsly, KND did a lot of the shit it referenced even better than the source material.

so how's being a helpless literal fucking faggot working out for you on a daily basis

>animated movie or show from the early 2000s
>who wants to be a millionaire parody

Ya'll niggas don't comprehend how big Matrix was back in the day

No see, that was okay because a)It was referencing The Animatrix which in turn was b)something that, while critically acclaimed, was not nearly as well known and c)it wasn't just "hey look it's that thing from that movie", it was a full on repurposing to suit the show and it was goddamn amazing

>that one scene from WOY with the narwhal bacon reference.

>Every 2000s Comedy show.
>Jokes about Georges W Bush.

I think KND was they only show that parodied animatrix. That anthology is nowhere near as widely known as the movies.
