This are all non-profit organizations which are either sponsored by the government or are a part of some voluntary project (either from a college or some local (sports) club)). People who are doing their time in such places are doing it actually because they believe in "wir schaffen das" - ideology plays a huge role in this. But there are people who are forced to work there (if you are unemployed and still want to get the gibsmedat).

Those welcome people are usually people that have contact with the "refugees" maybe once or twice in their lifes. Then they retreat in their bubble and have to never deal with them again.

Not that high tbqh, we are trying to get as little of them as possible here. I haven't heard of a single accident of refugees in the netherlands so far. Even my village of only 25k people will get about 300 of them, not that big of a deal.
We have had the lowest intake of refugees in 20 years. Our "refugee welcome" members got arrested, stripped naked and got a close encounter with the rubber glove. We havn't really heard from them since then, I guess they dissolved the group since they didn't sign up for being assraped by our cops.

1. I didn't have that many pro-refugee people in my social surroundings. Those few I know we try to avoid the topic.
2. My city got 6000 new inhabitants last year, 7% of them were germans. The influx has stopped but you see them loitering in the streets a lot.

I am doing some volunteer bike repairs at a refugee compound. It is quite small (40 young males).
The boys are actually quite well-mannered, grateful and may take responsibilty for their bikes (maintenance and repairs).
The staff and the boys are on good terms. Cooking is done by the boys and they have invited me on some occasions to eat with them.
All in all, from what I have experienced, they are good blokes but of course I don't know about the day-to-day stuff the staff has to deal with.
I have never heard about damaged furniture or fights. Maybe there have been incidents but in that case they were too small to be mentioned around the place.
I don't know about other compounds, because I've never been to others.
Yeah, they caught couple hundred in my country, put them it what wasn't a prison only in name, and they promptly proceeded to dismantle the furniture and make shivs and clubs. You know which ones didn't do it? The christian refugees.
