Instead of trying to adjust their methods to a wider audience (which would only require standard polling techniques and another 1000 to 1500 samples) they deliberately stick to their methods with the "safe" excuse that that's what they've done all along.
They'll try the same shit with exit polls, to target times when "uneducated whites" are likely to be working and not voting.
