As for Russia, they have Internet censorship. They are pretty incompetent at it from what I understand, and often ban innocent websites.

Blocking websites is easy to get around. This would mean a lot of websites including Sup Forums might have to seek hosting in a different country, and other countries are not as free speech friendly as the US. Host in Europe, for example, and say goodbye to Sup Forums due to "hate speech" laws.
