Thing is, Swedes are nowhere near as nationalistic as Norwegians. Yes, they have larger problems. But for some reason, they're less angry about it. We, at least, elected a right-wing government who then put a strong anti-immigration advocate in charge of immigration policies. As a result, our immigration is now reduced to levels from the late 90s. So things are looking up a bit for us, for the moment. But it's a band-aid on a broken bone.
Neither country will ever do anything actually violent or drastic. Scandinavians suffer from the same problem as all western men - we're too comfortable, too sedated by netflix and porn. We'll never actually fight for something. Not the way things are now.
