Megumin a shit.

Sometimes I only come to this thread to see shills arguing with each other

will syria be at the olympics?

EXPLOSION!

JaF have positioned themselves inside Ramouseh Base. They also repelled regime advance counter to 1070 apt. Several armors destroyed.
ny news of withdrawal is false.

...

Comfy Caribbean Sunsets for me.

SAA continues to hold despite every day bringing a new phase of attack.

Yea, about time we get some exciting combat footage.

Recent map.
Today is the last day. Inshallah.

Syrians deserved this war because they stood there watching Alawites take complete power with a coup.

Combat footage from the Artillery Base it looks like, whoever was garrisoned there got rolled quick.

Props to the head choppers, they have some solid movement from a company level and down (for Arabs).

If artillery base fell, all other fronts will collapse.

Turks can't even overthrow their openly islamist leaders and you're claiming they are the paragons of secularism?

This isn't the 80s anymore.

From what I gather rebels continue to push through the night, and are "securing points south of artillery base". Wherever that may be

>still believing islamist erdo meme

When will you learn

The parts the rebels control are:

The arming college, the trainee officer dorms, the vehicle depot, and the southwestern tubes. Pretty significant gains and it will be tough to displace them.

This is a military installation through and through, letting the rebels in was a huge fuck up by the regime, they should have never bent that much.

Like the SAA fucked up BADLY letting this happen, the housing projects I gave them a pass because they are fiercely contesting it, but still pretty dumb to let their grip falter.

The SAA should have let the rebels go for the water treatment plant if they are going to try and do this "bend but don't break" method they love to implement so much.

It is a softer target and would have been easy to create a pocket, but don't trust regime commanders with this sort of thing.

Spoken like a true secularist

Keep in mind, Al Nusra (rebranded as Jabhat Fatah al-Sham ) is the most professional rebel army among all of them. And they run around like drunk brits on a saturday night.

Source?

It might be the artillery base, but it looks like only a small part of it. I believe it would be more visible attackers, and more adveraries if this video covered most of the area. Just a thought.

Maşallah :D

Shills an 'Moderate Head choppers' are desperate, you can't make this shit up.

wikimapia.org/#lang=de&lat=36.156484&lon=37.116580&z=15&m=b

This is where the pictures of the rebels entering are from

his asshole
Artillery base is in foll control of SAA

Used to be. Now not anymore and never again.
Face it. Ataturk was a coincidence. Muslims gonna Muslim overall. No more secular Turkey, the only Muslim nation whom CNN could use as an example that Muslims could be have a secular democracy.

Tbh I don't give a fuck about secularism, you can have your backwards goat-farmer tier country with a sultan at the head if you want too. Just be honest about it then.

Interesting, honestly they looked pretty good from that video, they were displacing and laying down solid lanes of fire throughout.

Still, any type of fortified position should have cut them in half when they were displacing from the artillery mounds to the building itself, makes me wonder what kind of action was going on to let them that close.

>It might be the artillery base, but it looks like only a small part of it

Yeah its only the southern part the head choppers managed to gain entry too, the northern part (Air Force technical college) seems to be where things ground to a halt.

Should be some juicy footage coming out of there the next few days.

twitter.com/islamic_front/status/761569894425096194

This is from 8 hours ago, Ahrar Al-Sham claiming to have secured the entire military base. Did they storm it a second time?

That was a chemical attack on the Kurdish district amidst the FSA offensive in Aleppo
The government had no reason to use chemical weapons against the Kurds when they were under a heavy FSA offensive

It shortly followed the chemical attack on Khan al-Assal, done by opposition, in which a dozen government soldiers and civilians died. the Syrian government asked the UN to investigate after that attack. it was concluded Sarin gas was used. the UN failed to point out who did it.

articles.philly.com/2013-06-16/news/39994542_1_chemical-weapons-ake-sellstrom-syria

Here the mail is described in which the US quickly claimed Assad has used them (even without the UN investigation on the ground) and already uses it as justification for arming rebels.

To which Ban Ki-Moon said that he opposes sending weapons and that there can be no certainty of chemical weapons use in Syria without an on-the-ground investigation.

Yet another clear case where the US blames the person they need to blame for their agenda, and already starts acting on it without any investigation on the ground having been done.

They never made it into the Air Force college so I doubt it.

>Yeah its only the southern part the head choppers managed to gain entry to
the rebelturds stormed it, managed to hold the southern portion breifly but were all kill/pushed out and the SAA is in control again. which is good.
>Should be some juicy footage coming out of there the next few days
I agree. this is a good bit of footage

this war...

is...boring

WHERE IS NUKE

>boring
>right now

Literally at one of the most decisive moments of the war

U wot

Arabs suck at warfare and most engagements don't exceed company/platoon level.

That is why this war seems so boring.

Daily reminder that t*rks are supplying weapons to ISIS and provide training and medical services to them in exchange for oil.
Turkey should be kicked out of NATO, their entire government arrested and sent to Hague and new shared US-EU regime installed which would guide deislamization and demilitarization, like it was done with Germany and Japan past WW2.

>Still, any type of fortified position should have cut them in half when they were displacing from the artillery mounds to the building itself, makes me wonder what kind of action was going on to let them that close.

You forget. They are being attacked by not just that little group that made it over the wall. But hundreds if not thousands of men from many directions. Eventually some will slip over. Same shit happened to the US at Wanat.

The fact that the group that made it over the walls was killed and no other groups made it in, goes to show that the defences are holding. Relief of some sort is needed. Besides more manpower and supplies to the area, I would call for an attack at the rebel supply line from say the north. Not with the goal to take the ground permanently (though if achieved great). But rather to disrupt their attack as they have to react to this new shift in lines.

Define an interesting war.

>like it was done with Germany and Japan past WW2
I would love to see Turkey totally emasculated like Japan and Germany.

Polite people.

Military should push towards the quarry then go further west, creating a pocket when so many rebel elements are flushed forward is the best counter attack the regime could do at this moment, but I really doubt they have the man power to achieve something that lofty while reeling from these attacks.

Most likely the lines will stabilize or even revert back to the normal positions as neither side is able to capitalize on gains in southern Aleppo as of late.

WW2

anything that puts the US into offical war status.

Iraq war counted.

cmon guy

more polite people :)

anyway, the best way for the SAA to hold out would probably be to focus on fortifying everything they have left to the max, and keepoing VBIEDs out

Kek

There is a counter-attack happening in the quarries last I heard. No idea about success. That will shore up defences.

I was more thinking of an ambitious raid on the Al-Hikma school. But again manpower deficiencies, would mean it isn't possible.

I do think Russia would be wise to send another squadron or two of aircraft and helicopters to Syria so they can ramp up the sortie rate around Aleppo.

:^)

oh, sorry. Wrong map

/sg/ HALP!!!

Which areas did SAA retake today further south on the frontline

Al-Amiriyah?
Al-Jamiyat?
Al-Jamiyat hill?

the ghostfag blocked us on twitter

Russia needs TACP on the ground, more air wings won't do much when they don't know where to bomb and when to bomb.

Having embedded Russian teams with the SAA in Aleppo would have a tremendous impact on the tempo the RuAF will be able to hit rebel units on behalf of the regime.

There is already a considerable RuAF presence in Syria, they just don't have the adequate resources on the ground to help guide them like we are doing with the Kurds win the north.

Hitting Aqrab and then moving south to the Hikma school like you suggested would force Jan to move north to stop the villas from being enricled, that could be feasible to do since most of that is country side.

Going for sector 4 and even Al-Ansari is out of the books.

SAA is currently holding the Artillery base at 100%, and they captured some buildings around 1070 and hold at the very least 30% of it.
Rebels are completely butt-blasted because their forces have failed to advance further and are completely stalled.
that wont stop faggots like red ghost from pretending that the rebels have won in his fantasy world

Underage please go.

how can sunnis even compete?

shit meant to reply to ottofag talking shit

>Russia needs TACP on the ground
They had it during Tadmor and Qaryatain offensive. But it was ISIS, not rebels. Seems Russians have an agreement with the US to not participate in battles against US-backed groups.

One can only hope. Either we are being raided or you and SAA are being overwhelmed.

They are into some weird shit, like that fat cleric talking about virgin's sweat.

Kocasinan cem evi önüne gel koçum :DD

Answer me one thing you fucking retards, why do you insist on replying to obvious shills and Otto?
Every time you reply to them their brains will release dopamine and other hormones which simulates real life interaction. That's why they keep coming to this place.
Just ignore them and they will go away.

But of course you fucking dipshits won't stop replying.

Fuck all of you, I hope Assad throws a nuclear barrel bombs on your local bakeries.

Supporting winning Kurds while "Rebels" and Assadists are killing each other in large droves is pretty comfy.

Very interesting, I didn't think about that, but realistically if the regime is struggling you'd think your boys would be on the ground to jump in, especially with something like TACP.

I know you had it at Palmyra, but didn't follow up in at the pumping stations at T4 so you're probably right, the Russians save that for when they really want to use it.

Even artillery spotters would be a massive help.

It's fun, otherwise this thread would be as boring as the Southern Front

I suspect there are are Russians on the ground in Aleppo, but there are also missions near Palmyra, Deir ez-Zor, Damascus and Latakia. The Russians just can't be present everywhere. I am honestly more surprised by the lack of helicopter gunships in Aleppo than aircraft bombings. But then Russian don't like flying high with helicopters and using guided weapons. Despite the Ka-52 being excellently suited towards it.

As for Al-Ansari, and the like. While it would be great to take, it is simply too large. And too built up to do as a relief effort. The school is small enough and open enough, yet in a critical enough area to force a response. Even if it means halting an attack by 30-60 minutes, every delay to their relentless waves of attacks allows the defenders in the Artillery school to regroup and resupply.

Have a nice WW2 British El Alamein offensive pic.

>avcılar
