I want to move there for the beautiful nature, reserved people, and social safety net that will reduce my extreme anxiety. I don't have a college degree, but I am an experienced programmer and have a decent amount in savings and am willing to learn Norwegian. I'd also like to learn more about the history and culture since I have some scandi ancestors (and I like history and culture anyway), so I wouldn't be an immigrant that doesn't try to assimilate.
I hope nice norwegians are still awake, last time I tried this a little later and got no responses.

Ideally you want to send a shitton of applications and see if they want you. Otherwise there's the shittier jobs that include handling fish that everyone speaking the language can get. They pay is sill really good on international scale.
