she's been steadily gaining momentum since Busiek's Avengers.
Reed's run on Ms Marvel and Ewing's Mighty Avengers both did good by her, as was as the Avengers: EMH cartoon, but the vitrolic side of Sup Forums prefers to focus on the mediocre KSD run as the epitome of her character

She's been around for like forty years. She's nothing new, but Marvel really wants her to be their Wonder Woman, both in comics and the movies, so they're pushing her pretty hard these days.

look for some recommendations. like any medium, most comics are shit, and superhero comics are shitter than most. so don't go in blindly, find out which stuff is good before you read it.
