Town with a population of 1 mln people
Average flat (40-45m^2) in a new commieblock (12-17 levels) will cost ya 40-45k $.

>40-45k $.
how can the average russian afford that? isn't the average wage something like 200 $ a month?

a 1 bedroom apartment in one of these costs like 250k usd, pretty standard for moscow

>like 200 $ a month
No? It's 500$ and in Moscow 1k$.

>how can the average russian afford that?
We don't

interesting, average wages in my town are also around that

depends an awful lot on location. The closer to downtown you get, the higher the price for less (like anywhere).

Housing, like pic related, is pretty affordable here for now.

Flat 75k - 125k depending on when it was build and the size.

Terraced house 100k - 175k depending on when it was build and size.

Detached house 150k+

In a 50k pop city, prices in euro.

it’s actually 1.5k usd in moscow
m.kp.ru/daily/26757/3787371/
i see no reason not to believe that

It's 276$ across Russia with some palces ahvving even lower salary.

this

you could get a house+forest in the far north for like 25k€, while a flat in Stockholm is easily >200k€.

Median condo 720k CAD
Median house 1.9m CAD

Wouldn't it be super expensive to live there, though? Cause the food and fuel would be expensive.

Ya, you guys need to start moving out of Hong Kong already. It’s only for rich people.

>$5200 psf

fucking hell

Sweden in general isn't cheap, and especially if you need have a long commute because you live in the middle of nowhere.
Main problem is that there aren't any jobs there.

a 160 sqm house here costs 177-200 k $

>quiet
>comfy
>clean air
>paved road
>police patrol every day
>gipsies get taken away by the police if they enter the area

pretty nice, desü

Prices are about 200k+ for old houses that need renovations. You can find lower than 200k but thats asking for alot of work regarding renovations. New ones are in range of 300k+

OP's house would be like 240.000 euros in my city.

Link related is a housing site.

A one/two bed flat is £230k+
A three/four bed house is £500k+

>Olde Towne

You know Dutch people rarely move from where they were born and raised.

But chances are I do have to move elsewhere. Because without a gf I can't afford a house here. And renting a house is more expensive than buying one.

No way houses in Hungary cost as much as here

Where I was born in Vleuten (part of Utrecht) the cheapest house on sale is 195.000 euro.
Second cheapest 215.000 euro.

I can get a mortgage for like 145.000 euro lol.

Spain looks like a muslim shithole.

100k inner city ghetto
200k-500k suburbs
1 million and up on an island where Trump lives.

that's because that's what we are

1100 $/sqm is a low price here

Neighbour sold his house to some austrian family for 1300 €/sqm. City is 100 km from Vienna, so lots of your folks come here. I guess the lack of muslims bring them here.

Prices in my city are between 50-100k in guethos, 100-200k in normal neghibourhoods, 200-300k in middle-high class places and 500k-2 or 3M in rich placed.

And I live in Andalusia.

You have to live in the worst gypsi shithole of Spain.

Except clean and orderly

but the worst gypsy shithole IS andalusia
rural alicante is just poor

That dont says anything good about your country when we have less crime and less moors than you.

And still places here are far better that the shithole you posted.

Pic related is the gypsy guetho of my city.

And even there houses cost about two or three times more that 23k

They look like nice new construction. Also no black people.

Forgot the pic

average of ~4000€/m2

You can get cheap 2 bedroom homes around 30-40k but most normal homes are 80-120k

Average is around $100,000

If you're poor, here ya go $12,000

If you have $875k, lighthouse on lake superior

Average near me, $32,000 with land

Anyway, Valencia is ugly in general. Nothing to do against Sevilla, Granada of Cordoba.

Perhaps you can compete with Almeria.

Even Malaga looks better than Valencia

the average price for a flat in my town seems to be around 160.000.000 COP (over 50.000 USD).

dude that's not even in the ground

This was $17,000, but not much of a yard

dude what?

I'd buy it desu. 17k. Imagine how much money you could save compared to the money here.

I'd be rich.

*compared to the houses here

Me and my friend looked at it, it needed maybe $5000 in repairs

This little one was $10,000, needed some repair too

Here you can buy this for 300k

Or this

What state?

Or this for only 1,2M (is a farmhouse)

Good price for that. I think this one here came with 5 acres

This one was $19,000

Not him but in my state you could easily own a home outright after a year of working if you make around the average wage.

Meant for

I'm a Yooper, upper Michigan

Pic of inside the lighthouse

Here the ground alone costs 400 to 1000 euro per square meter. So chances are the ground alone is worth more than 17k.

$400K for a tasteless, poorly-built starter home like this. My area is going through a building boom fueled by migration from California. My shitty 1000sqft townhome is worth $300K now. Gonna sell and by a nice house in the country for $50K.

forgot pic

Indiana, or other state in the Midwest?

Damn, I'll sell you an acre for $1000

In the north prices are lower , this houses cost less than 100k

>1 acre is 4 046 square meter
You'd be a multimillionaire here.

200k the whole building

Double damn, I'm "poor" and I have 20 acres

That's a good deal if apartments, you can live in one and rent the rest of therm

Looks like I will never fulfill my fantasy of living in HK and finding a qt gf

flat with 80m^2 goes for 99.000EUR

I love you Spain

are there any jobs?

2M

This is in the south (Andalusia).

Kansas

>My area is going through a building boom fueled by migration from California
Colorado, Texas?

Cheap if the interior doesn't need renovations.

Garage's for cars go for about 25k~ realo.be/nl/search/parking/te-koop/brugge?priceMax=100000

Thats one of the good things about having a shit ton of room to build in the US. Cheap land.

>hey hey rich people has made some houses here we're first world please believe me XD

Ugly and over priced, they want $500,000, I don't think they will get this much money

Good house for /o/

>Ugly and over priced, they want $500,000

oops

>Colorado, Texas?
Nope, Montana.

no, that explan the price

1700SF, not even on half an acre--$500K

Well, it's gonna depend on the location, obviously. In Slavonia, you can get a 200 meter square house (that's about 2000 ft. sq.) for just 7000 to 8000 €. But that whole region has a big emigration problem and they're running out of people.

In my city, the prices range from 150,000 € to 250,000 € for a house, and 80,000 € to 150,000 € for an apartment.

>Montana
White flight? Or are most libs that will shit up the state and make it blue in the future like Texas?

>Posted a house for 100k
>For rich people

Perhaps the problem is you being poor

100k is even cheap for flats in workers neighbourhoods of our cities.

Come home, yellow man.

what property site are you getting all these from spainbro?

Wonder how many of those places are owned by British boomers.

>spain
>jobs

A normal neighbourhood of middle class people

200k

Most are upper middle-class white libs. Montana state politics are not extremely partisan (both dems, repubs, and even libertarians get elected regularly), though Montana usually goes red during presidential elections. I think the state will eventually go mostly-blue, but I think that is 12-20 years away.

Just put "casa de campo en venta", "cortijo" or " casa indiana" in google.

There are different websites.

>london
>1 bed flat $600k USD

>casa de campo en venta
that's the ticket

>Montana

Who the fuck would want to live there lmao
