Women love going into teaching and there's almost no end in the supply of potential candidates.
I remember one time my "economics" teacher was whining that teachers are paid less than NBA players because "teaching is more important than basketball"
It was as if she had no idea that there's far more demand for the incredibly rare 7 foot tall athletic blacks than there is for the millions of women willing to do what is essentially glorified babysitting.
The real problem is finding high quality teachers and those usually go to higher paying private schools.
