Jim Shepard's 'Love and Hydrogen' has been optioned.

But there is. Plus we should get a movie about the USS Akron. It was a far deadly airship disaster.

because nobody cares about led zeppelin anymore

IN THE DAYS OF MY YOUTH I WAS TOLD WHAT IT MEANS TO BE A MAN

DAZED AND CONFUSED FOR SO LONG ITS NOT TRUE
WANTED A WOMAN NEVER BARGAINED FOR YOU
LOTS OF PEOPLE TALKING FEW OF THEM KNOW

Is that Mila?

remember that episode of the waltons where john boy won a journalism prize and went to report the hindenburg landing but it exploded and he couldnt write because he had shell shock.

Op here
I do not
Please go on

>he hasn't seen The Song Remains The Same

I have not but it sounds like a Led Zeppelin movie not a hindenburg movie

good episode, actually.

It's driving me mad how you've tabbed out the intro/main riff but it actually changes after the "soul of a woman" line

Because it's hard to make a three hour drama out of an event that lasted all of ten minutes

I've never actually watched the show
I remember it when I was young but I was too young
I may actually give it a go

(((They))) did one in the 1970's but predictable enough it was pretty meh, though some of the matte stills were quite good

man, that's gotta hurt

Also i liked the fact that they showed it as the politically motivated sabotage that it actually was back then IRL rather than scooping it up, even though the saboteur was portrayed as some kind of well-intentioned extremist heroic figure kek

do it.
im addicted to the show now.
its warm and sentimental kino

Because it lasted 5 seconds. And we already have it on film.

There's The Rocketeer

Are airships actually good for anything or are they just an airmeme?

too soon lol

Becasue it was the result of a gas embargo on nazi germany that lead them to use a very inflamable one
All of that before the holocaust
And people can't learn about it

youtube.com/watch?v=RSZca1Q9IWA

Because no six billion involved

This makes sense

OH THE HUMANITY

Right?
That's an apt phrase for this scenario

THAT'S GOTTA HURT!

what story?

>people on Zeppelin
>no danger whatsoever
>about to land
>FUCKING EXPLODES
>everybody on board dies in 20 seconds
>no survivors
What exactly would this be about? Some people having a nice ride that abruptly ends in fire during the last 20 seconds of the film?

a social comentary on nazi germany and the american embargo
