Chaotic had the boy win, but his deck was all female minions. Since the girl had all male minions, the episode ends with them being confused as to what the moral was.

Assuming you're referring to a specific episode with that image, that episode was more about "you should be assertive but don't be an asshole" and it ends with her learning to be confident in small ways (and the very next episode shows her retaining that lesson) and it's generally more nuanced than shit like Family Guy's example.
