what annoys me the most is that so far they've only really shown backstory stuff, the current crisis they are mobilizing for just doesn't exist yet.
well it's still very early in a game like this. We might not see real current shit until the first anniversary and who knows what that would be; a full comic line, an 15 minute animated episode, maybe even a special story-driven mode using new maps and unique objectives on older ones

They actually have plot (if you can call it that) relevance, unlike other characters
I'm excited to see the story of Overwatch actually PROGRESS. Right now it feels so boring to me because it's so mired in working out the past and origin stories instead of doing anything with the reformed team. Doesn't help that there's exactly 2 real villains in the game (Junkrat and Roadhug barely count) and we know almost nothing about Talon.
Watch Lion King 1/2 but replace Timon with Junkrat and Pumba with Road Hog

Here's some idea to improve Talon.

I just want to actually see the new overwatch. For all we know, the only people that work as overwatch agents now are Tracer and Winston. They should also talk about how Lucio, D.va, Mei and the others come to join them, The alliances are just too vague right now.

The lore of this game sucks. They no doubt just made up the omnic crisis in an afternoon to explain why all the characters they previously thought up were fighting in the first place.
